Our Contractor agreed to use them because of the delay. Steve came out on a Saturday afternoon only 6 hours after we contacted him in order to review the job. He spent 3 hours at our home going over every aspect of the job, looking at the existing wiring and the proposed options we wanted. Steve not only made some excellent recommendations but also had the foresight to allow for a junction for a first floor connection on the same circuit that may be eliminated in the near future, saving us a lot of work and most likely a bit of money also. I don't know of another Electrician that I've ever used in the past that would think ahead like that for the customer. He said his helper Jim would be out early Monday after a lengthy consultation with him to review all aspects of the job. We were admittedly a bit concerned as we've had owners of businesses come out and sound top notch before and then send their workers out and be totally disappointed. This was truly not the case this time. Outside of the necessary noise required to complete the project we would almost not have known he was there. He arrived right on time every day. Worked the entire day. Never had to do one of those 2-3 hour mystery trips in the middle of the workday when you wonder if you're actually being charged for the offsite time needed for poor planning. Our entire experience was excellent. There is nothing they could have done better or done differently. There was some old, degrading wire that we discovered and needed to have removed/replaced. William contacted me quickly, reviewed photos of the job, and gave me a fair quote. Ryan came out a few days later at my request, they would have come out sooner but my schedule didn't allow it. Ryan took care of the main problem. A couple days later NMA came back from a trip and noticed part of his room had no power. I contacted them again and they advised they will be right out. They came, found that the connection to the panel was loose, They made sure that everything was working before they left. William and Ryan were responsive, friendly and professional. They have different phone numbers and if you catch him off guard he will tell you his real name is either Lewis when his name is William :/ This young man sent out guys to my property that had no idea what they were doing. They tampered with both my electrical and plumbing and I had to have the work assessed by a professional and take pictures and make records of everything for legal reasons. It is very possible that many of these yelp reviews are from family and friends or paid third party. Be very careful who you let in your home. ALWAYS ask for their detailed paperwork and match it up with their driver's license if you have to. Whatever it takes because there is A LOT of fraud out here nowadays. They just came back to run buried line from my house to my tenant's so we have water when the power goes out. (The primer was t only thing missing from t original hook up cz it was in a separate building.) I delayed cz I really didn't want my lawn all torn.up. But Nick used a tool that opened a wedge in the lawn just wide enough to bury the line 6" down, and when they tamped and watered, it was barely noticeable. They also took care to shelter foundation shrubbery so there was no collateral damage. Oh, and they're kind and thoughtful to a rowdy bunch of dogs living here. They are not gougers, either​​. What's not to love about ElectraTech? Can't think of a thing.
