Unless you have a specific fish in mind that you must have and the exact cut or piece, I highly suggest just sticking to one of the menu items to keep your bill reasonable. I always order the grilled shrimp plate which is 8 medium-sized well seasoned grilled shrimp that come with crunchy, tasty french fries and a very nice, fresh garden salad. The price on that dish is $15, and it's a very generous portion. The appetizer sized calamari is also a very good deal at $10, easily shared between two people. Note, the calamari looks pale and unappetizing at first glance, but it's cooked just right and tastes great.
