I placed an order via email and a sales person wrote back saying my order was received - zero price quote, eta, questions. Weeks later I emailed to follow-up after no communication and they reply back with a nearly $500 bill. I sent it to our property manager and he knows a company who will do the exact plates we need for like $60-90. Since there was no communication I cancelled the order. A week later we received a box of nameplates - the sizes, material and fonts were correct, but ONLY 1 CORRECT NAME. ONE. The other nameplates were all RANDOM names and apartments that we DID NOT order. Thank goodness I had the order cancelled or we would have paid nearly $500 for a completely incorrect order that took a long time. The sales person also never responded to provide samples or even ask why I was cancelling my order so overall customer service was also disappointing. Will never use these guys and to be honest, the only reason I'm reviewing is because they had the audacity to email me a survey asking for feedback so I decided to share here to hopefully help folks out. The owner, Brandt, told me he cut all the material himself with a laser cutter. Long story short, I mentioned I would love to make some custom gifts for my niece's birthday party and he ended up making me some custom crowns with some spare plastic he had. He did it all, from the actual shape of the crown - to the personalized designs on the crown and etching on the crown itself. He even through in some cute paper cut outs for party gifts as well. The price was very right and the turnaround time was only a few days. It all looked amazing and the mothers at the party totally lost their mind. Kids too - those crowns would not leave their heads. I'm still new to all this laser cutting / 3D printing stuff, but Division seems to really know what they're doing and have endless ideas of things you can make. Of all the companies that came to pitch us John and his team were the only people to show up with a lift truck to thoroughly check out the existing sign. We checked references for every company but STP had a very impressive list of companies and strong support from everyone. We awarded them the job but then got hit with three consecutive snowstorms.
