My first experience with glass replacement, I've come to find out this can be a messy endeavor - my old pane was shattered upon removal, and glass shard were sprayed throughout my bedroom and backyard. This would have been fine with some warning, or a prompt cleanup. However there was glass left upstairs all over the floor and window sill as well as outside. Additionally, the repairman, mid repair, had cut himself pretty badly. I get that this can happen, but it was an awkward situation that wasn't dealt with well. The repair took much longer than was stated as well- forcing me to be late for work. When the window finally got in, and I was able to leave, I told the repairman to leave the upstairs mess - not that big of a deal. He stated he would surely be able to clean up the glass outside, but that did not happen. Many shards of glass were left outside. Most egregious was how the company owner did not offer anything other than a weak apology and to clean up the broken glass a day after the fact - like we hadn't already cleaned up our glass-filled backyard! So far the replaced window seems fine, but I could have done without the drama, or maybe some authentic remorse.

Melissa patiently kept us informed every step of the way. It took a little while (this is not a usual request), but when installed, it is perfect! See pictures! We put LED lights inside and it's gorgeous! I had used them (Renaissance Glass) in past years and was not disappointed in this piece. Surprisingly reasonable too!
