The company that made our double-pane insulated aluminum-clad windows, the only one to do so when we built our home in the late 1990s (we spec'ed aluminum because the Texas sun is violent toward vinyl), was acquired by a larger company in 2017 and their service network disappeared with their sales force. We tried unsuccessfully for years to find someone capable of fixing this window; it was difficult to even have people come look at. And then after once again talking to about a dozen companies this year, we finally discovered Awsom Glassworks. Alvin was able to fix the broken panes and restore the window, something we had all but given up on - I have a spare window in storage and was about to just have it installed, which would have been much more expensive. I can't tell you how much of a godsend Alvin and Awsom Glassworks was for us! If I could give him 10 stars... I would give him 11. If you have a problem with your windows, call him first!
