Graham (Final Frame) was the perfect fit! He is very professional and readily available for any questions, etc. He has a quicker turnaround for the video which is a bonus, and I really liked that his presence was very subtle (doesn't feel like you're on a movie set with a ton of bulky equipment). He edited a wonderful video (documentary edit), and I feel like I really get to relive the wedding day, and I love that I get to re-watch all the speeches/special moments of us with our friends and family. One of my favorite parts is that he will interview the guests (optional) and you get to hear and see family/friends video messages. It was awesome and really special. I'd highly recommend Graham! He is excellent!

Graham is very responsive and easy to work with. The day of our June 2021 wedding, Graham showed up on time and got right to work. You hardly even know he's there, which is exactly what we wanted from a videographer. He films "documentary style" and gets all the parts of the day that are such a blur to the bride and groom. My favorite thing about his style is the interviews he does with the bride and groom separately and the interviews he does with guests. It's such a nice touch that makes watching the video even more special. Graham is so affordable given the INCREDIBLE work that he does. I can't believe some people don't get a videographer for their wedding as it was such a special experience to rewatch our day through the eyes of our guests. My sister used Graham a few years ago, and I will be recommending Graham to every future bride and groom. His work is stunning, he doesn't interfere or get in the way, and he adds special touches that make the video even more fun to watch. Thank you so much Graham!!

My husband and I received countless compliments on how smooth, organized, and beautiful our wedding was. Thanks to the incredible TDE team, I was able to enjoy the most perfect wedding day. Jessica: Jessica was our main point of contact throughout the planning process, and she was truly amazing. Whether we had questions or requests for the decorators, MC, DJ, day-of coordinator, photographers, videographers, or HMUA, she was always there to help. She was patient, kind, incredibly organized, and never made me feel like my questions were too much. Our Service Instruction worksheet was so detailed that every vendor knew exactly what to expect, which made the entire day run seamlessly. Decoration Team: The décor for both our ceremony and reception was absolutely stunning. Just two weeks before the wedding, I made a major change to our reception backdrop, and the team worked hard to bring my new vision to life. Jessica even arranged for me to see digital mockups after we discussed how important they were to me. Because of that, I was able to completely refresh the design from the inspiration I had shared over a year earlier. My advice: be as specific as possible about what you like and don't like--it really helps the decorators create your vision. Everything was executed beautifully. MC Eric: Eric was phenomenal! We specifically wanted a bilingual English/Vietnamese MC, and he exceeded every expectation. Even our hard-to-impress Vietnamese aunties and uncles couldn't stop complimenting him. He was charismatic, organized, and handled last-minute changes effortlessly. We had to adjust our timeline during the reception, including pausing photos and adding speeches, and he kept everything flowing naturally without awkward downtime. He also perfectly coordinated our unique sequence of dances with the DJ, making every transition feel seamless. DJ Otis: We didn't know who our DJ would be until the wedding day, and we were thrilled it was Otis! He absolutely nailed the music all night. The dance floor stayed packed until 11 PM because he knew exactly how to read the crowd. He mixed current hits with 70s-90s favorites that kept both younger guests and the older Vietnamese crowd dancing. The glow sticks and light-up glasses were a huge hit, and the energy never dropped. Day-of Coordinator Carina: Carina was incredible. She was warm, personable, and unbelievably organized. I thought my planning documents were detailed, but hers were even more thorough! She made me feel completely at ease leading up to the wedding and even drove to Pleasanton to run our rehearsal (an add-on that was absolutely worth it). Multiple vendors and family members commented on how efficient and organized she was. Photography & Videography: Our package included an engagement shoot plus two photographers and two videographers. Sam photographed both our engagement session and wedding, and his work was beautiful. We chose his light and airy editing style, and our engagement photos turned out amazing. On the wedding day, Sam and Christine were fantastic. They captured every moment while making us feel comfortable. One thing I'll never forget was how Sam noticed we hadn't had a moment to ourselves because of nonstop photos. He quietly pulled us away under the guise of a private reception reveal so we could enjoy a few peaceful minutes together. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, I couldn't be happier that we chose TDE. If you're looking for a wedding that's beautiful, organized, low-stress, and genuinely enjoyable, I HIGHLY recommend them. They truly made our dream wedding come to life.

Otis was kind with great attention to detail from the start. Ultimately, we decided with the glam package and our contract was very clear to understand with cost breakdown for removal of specific services / add-ons. I updated it many times with Jessica, our planner, as we made changes throughout the months, and she was always so patient and clear. Our MC Otis did a wonderful job with maintaining flow of the program. Otis was also working as DJ for a good portion of the evening, so props to him! We had closer to an hour compared to 1.5 hours of open dancing because we were behind schedule, but everybody was on the dance floor and he kept the party going seamlessly. Weddings are hectic and there are so many moving parts; we did get behind schedule but we were still able to do everything we wanted to do. Our photo & video services were set to end, but Otis was very professional in discussing with us if we wanted to extend our video services, communicative on additional cost, at the moment. Our photographer, Ben, along with the team Stanford and videographer, Christina, were so fun to work with. Ben was great at providing direction, which is especially helpful since we were not used to posing. I have not received photo & video yet as it has only been a week, but from an experience standpoint, they were attentive to detail, communicative, and glided effortlessly through the event. My makeup artist, Vivi, is the sweetest person. She was super attentive to detail and my particular skin type. I was worried about makeup because I don't wear heavy makeup often. I ended up paying for a make-up trial, and I was so happy working with Vivi that I had no worries for the wedding day. We also added-on make up for our mothers, which Vivi did the morning of. The reception decor turned out so pretty! Everything was set-up as scheduled. I was really happy with the welcome backdrop and name sign. It was also great to take pictures with guests with the backdrop since we had time during cocktail hour. We asked TDE to incorporate a large screen as the backdrop of our sweetheart table, so we found an example from a previous wedding they did, and it turned out exactly as expected. We added the photo-booth, which was so popular with the guests! There were so many cool props and our guests were having tons of fun with it. I also sent TDE a custom drawing that I wanted for the photo strips- and it turned out just like I imagined. We chose Grand Dynasty as our reception venue, and TDE communicated set-up details with our restaurant event manager, Esmond, in the days leading up to the event. I highly recommend TDE and the team that we worked with! Thank you for making it an unforgettable experience.

From the very beginning, Vinh was incredibly informative, professional, and genuinely friendly. His communication is exceptional. I don't think he ever took more than 24 hours to respond to my requests. My fiancé and I are not photogenic people. We've never done a photoshoot together and honestly i'm a bit awkward. But Vinh made us feel completely comfortable right away. He guided us through poses, gave helpful suggestions on outfit colors to match our location, and even recommended spots that perfectly matched the vision I had in mind. The actual shoot turned out to be so much fun! We were laughing, relaxed, and really just enjoying ourselves. We did a 2 hour engagement photoshoot and we chose Muir Woods and Mount Tamalpais as our locations. And the best part? The photos were ready in less than five days! The turnaround time was so quick, and the quality of the photos completely exceeded our expectations. We honestly feel so lucky to have found Vinh. He captured everything we hoped for and more. I would be honored to have him as our wedding photographer! Fingers crossed, he'll be available !

Pixar Animation Studios is less of a tourist attraction and more of a pilgrimage site for animation…read morefans. We drove up to the campus knowing that this is where films like Toy Story, Finding Nemo, Up, and Inside Out were created, and simply standing outside the property carried a certain weight if those movies were part of your childhood. The studio grounds are private and not open for public tours, so the experience is naturally limited, but the location still holds plenty of significance because of what was created here. The most recognizable sight is the Luxo Jr. lamp and Pixar ball near the entrance. Even from outside the property, seeing these symbols in person created an immediate connection to the studio's history. The campus itself is beautifully maintained, with clean architecture, landscaped grounds, and a design that reflects the creativity associated with Pixar's films. We spent a few minutes at the entrance, taking in the details and imagining the work that happens behind those walls. Expectations are important here. There are no public exhibits, interactive experiences, or visitor facilities. Most people will spend only a few minutes at the entrance before moving on. The appeal comes entirely from the studio's legacy rather than the amount there is to do on site. If you are lucky, you may be able to go on the tour, but it can be tough to secure one, and it is not something to count on for a casual visit. For dedicated Pixar fans, that is often enough. Seeing the place where some of the most influential animated films of the last several decades were made provides a sense of connection that goes beyond a typical sightseeing stop. It is not a destination worth building an entire day around, but it can be a fun and memorable detour for anyone who grew up with Pixar movies. The significance of the location carries the experience, and for those who appreciate the studio's work, the short stop feels meaningful.

Huge shoutout to our amazing host, Natalie Lyon, for making the experience extra special. She was so warm and welcoming, and it was awesome to see the place through the eyes of someone who clearly loves what she does. We geeked out over the iconic Luxo Jr. lamp and ball, wandered through inspiring spaces filled with artwork and storyboards, and got a behind-the-scenes look at the kind of storytelling magic that has shaped so many of our favorite films. Also--note to future visitors: the merch store is dangerously good. We didn't leave empty-handed. If you ever get the chance to visit Pixar, go! It's pure magic, and it made us feel like wide-eyed kids all over again.
