He was so communicative and understanding from the start. I was overwhelmed with the whole situation, and Wade gave me advice about what to do based on previous customers with similar situations, including great advice about insurance. He seems like an expert. He takes his time and does things right. He even stayed a few minutes late when I got caught in traffic dropping my car off. He sent me pictures of the inside of my car when it was done, and he worked totally around my schedule whenever possible. And, it was done faster than he even estimated. I had multiple bags of trash in my car, and he even took them to the dumpster for me! We exchanged multiple phone calls throughout the whole experience, and he made everything so clear and seamless, explaining what he was doing and why.
