I've taken both my wife's newer Audi A4 as well as my older BMW M3 to them to have work done and it's always been more than fairly priced (hourly rates are in the normal range, but I feel that Collin gets a lot of the work done in fewer hours than others). Collin and Sara run a rare gem; a family-owned and operated small establishment that directly caters to the needs of anyone who owns an Audi, VW or old Porsche. We got there 15-20 minutes early since we had another appointment set later on for the day. Technicians had a lack of care for our time. When It came down to getting the replacement air-filter we told them we were ready to leave but insisted on continuing to work on our vehicle. The technician offered us a "20 dollar coupon" for our time, however that was the discount coupon we got before even arriving to get serviced. Then when trying to leave the technician leaves the keys with themselves having me run back to get them from him. Honestly, If I could give 0 STARS I would they do not care about your time.

I can't say enough about Bitchn Stitchn and the expertise that Dan and his Shop have. I've now got 15,000 miles on the new seat and have never had a single day where my tush was the reason why the ride came to an end. He was able to build a substantial deep bucket to give me some back support without having to put a backrest on the dual seat. He seemed irritated that I was even there and made me feel like I was an idiot, even though I was just telling him what my insurance company had told me.
