Today is 12/8. I already have the new mirror, I just need someone to install it. Honestly, that made no sense to me. It's a one-hour job at most, with zero prep needed since I already bought the part. I asked the body tech if the schedule was pushed that far out because the job doesn't make them much money, and he basically admitted that's the reason. What he didn't seem to understand is that a simple job like mine could've earned them another 5-star review, which brings in more paying customers and more money in the long run. Instead, I was left feeling like my business wasn't worth their time, and that's disappointing for a shop with such solid reviews.

After researching different body shops in the Denver Metropolitan Area and deciding to pay out of…read morepocket to keep my insurance premiums down, I landed upon Snyder's Auto Works and couldn't be more pleased with the work they did on my 2022 Audi Q3 after hitting a side pillar in my garage on New Years Eve, that required a new rear passenger side door and quarter panel, directly after my breaking up with my girlfriend. Needles to say, it wasn't an ideal way to bring in the New Year, however, the work performed at Snyder's Auto Works has been one of the highlights of 2022. Their quote was extremely fair as was the final price, the timetable exceeded my expectations and the work on my Audi is exceptional. This is a body shop who puts the customers wants and needs first. They don't overpromise and under deliver, they do what they say they're going to do and if anything they over deliver. From their communication to the work they do, this is an excellent shop across the board and one I highly recommend doing business with if you need work done on your vehicle. The entire process was painless, which is not easy to come by, especially with so many parts on backorder, especially for foreign made vehicles. They made me aware of this possibility and fortunately that wasn't the case whatsoever. Not only did they fix the outside of my vehicle, they detailed the inside of my vehicle and outside, allowing me to pick up a fresh new vehicle that was well worth the money spent. Lastly, I'm the exception as most people would've went through their Insurance and if I decided to do so, they have a great relationship with USAA. Fortunately, I was in a position where I was able to come out of pocket and save my Insurance rates from increasing. If I could offer Snyder's Auto Work higher than a 5 star rating I would. Art's did not fix my car…read more But they were the most knowledgeable, communicative, honest people I've dealt with. My car was rear ended by someone with Fred Loya insurance. Fred Loya is terrible to work with but Art's is used to their games. Art's Auto Body is the only bright spot I've had dealing with my broken car for the last month. I would absolutely take my next car to Art's for body work.

Three months…read morelater I had a close encounter with an inanimate object, damaging the rear driver-side quarter panel and the bumper. To say that René is an artist is a huge understatement. He removed the dent so it's flawless. The paint is a tri-coat process; he made sure that, too, was perfect. The best, though, is that René and his wife, Jolene, are a team whose family-owned business, Epic Dent Pros, is dedicated to delivering the highest quality work product at a more than reasonable price. Their ethics are above reproach. Jolene's communication throughout the process was second to none, after René provided a detailed bid, she advised me of his progress until completion. I can honestly say I was thrilled to pick up my car looking just like it rolled out of the showroom! Do NOT believe Tesla if they tell you only their body shops can repair your car -- René can!!
