Easy to schedule appointment. Front desk was nice. Technicians were very nice. Maybe not very experienced. My experience did not go well. trying to get an IV in my arm for a contrast CT Scan. 1st tech, a trainee, (should have given me a choice), stuck an artery and told me it was normal. Good thing I told the next tech about the tingly numbness running through my arm. Lucky that she recognized the needle was in my artery. She told me if I didn't mention it to her, the contrast dye would have been extremely painful booing through my body. Unfortunately it didn't end there. The next 2 tries by the "experienced" tech lead to blowing out my veins and leaving an enormous bubble at each entry. I left and now I'm afraid to return. I'm a cancer survivor and have had numerous IV's in my body and never had this experience. Today (15 hours later) my arm is swollen from wrist to bicep with bruising and tenderness. read more

If I could give zero stars I would do so. They don't stick to appointment times so long waits. Staff is rude! And the sonogram on my husband's calf stated he had a DVT (blood clot) which he did not have. Their incorrect diagnosis led to medical mismanagement and could have been fatal. I followed my instincts and got him a second opinion with a vascular doctor. Do not go here! They used to be good when it was DCA but since Rayus took over, it is a nightmare. read more

While the staff appear to be excellent. It is absolutely ridiculous to have to wait 5-7 days for results. A patient and dr need results now not a week or more later. The patient suffering may be gone by then! read more

HORRIBLE. They take forever to get you results. The stress alone is unbearable. 10 days now with nothing, and yet after 2 chest xrays THEY suggested a CAT Scan. Why is this not urgent? I will NEVER EVER go back to them. There has to be other options in S. Florida. read more

The front desk staff are unprofessional and lack compassion. And the time it takes to get reports back is absurd. Patients are in pain and or distress. Our urgency should be your's as well. Hire more staff if necessary and train the ones you have. read more

Horrible!!!!! Why do they give you an appointment if you get there on time and you still have to wait an hour and a half. They pass people that came in after you. Horrible customer service. Only one gentleman was kind enough to ask her name to find out why was the delay. read more

They ask you to come in 30 minutes early, and you are left waiting over an hour minimum. Staff was nice but the lack of respect for time is incredible. There were about 20 people in the lobby waiting and it was mentioned they were backed up. Don't bother coming in early, it makes no difference. read more

my mri was quick no problems. i needed the report and CD it's been 16 days and i can get the CD but it's taking an awful long time for the written. i call daily. Same answer "not ready yet. i'm was told to pick up the CD yesterday. i went there and was told it's not ready. problem i have is i'm waiting for surgery and my Surgeon wants not only the CD but the written report to compare it to the test i had 2 years ago. very frustrating read more

They're slow in providing reports. Their staff are good. Their reports just take over 72 hours although their policy states, 48-72 hours.

Went for a mammogram where they took two shots of each breast. I've had them before and two on each side aren't enough. Anyway got a letter saying they need another mammo and a sonogram on the left side. My insurance covers diagnostic services which they claimed was not diagnostic. Paid them over$200 for the repeat secession. Now I need the films because I'm going elsewhere for my mammo. Lo and behold all their cd machines are broken and I have to travel to Boca to get the cd when their nearest locatio is In Delray. Not pleased. read more

Scheduling never gets doctors faxes. Reports are delayed 2 weeks. Unacceptable. Had to dive there 4 times to drop off scripts that were faxed by different doctors and still more problems. read more

Getting the X-ray were great. The report to the Docto was very very disappointing. Over a week and a day so far and my husband's doctor has still not received his report. You bite off more than you can chew. The former center was much much better. read more

After I was refused a copy of my MRI disk during my initial visit , which is my personal property, I called and asked that it be mailed to me. They stated that mailing anything is not an option. Being disabled making a trip to their facility is a challenge. I asked for a manager, I got a voicemail and no phone call. This facility continues to provide healthcare that is potentially dangerous to its patients. It deserves zero stars. read more

Had to schedule an appointment and was on the call with a very rude receptionist on July 29, 2023 at 10:31 am. The receptionist asked me if I "had a brain" assuming that I was stupid when I asked a clarifying question. Then proceeded to laugh on the call because of my "stupid question." Whoever answered that call should be very ashamed of themselves and shouldn't be taking calls at all. Does he not realize that he is a representative of a company? DON'T SHOW UP EARLY!! I definitely would not recommend this place. I went there yesterday, 2/9 and just like last year I had a long wait. They overbook, therefore, your wait time is at least an hour! So, don't show up 1/2 hr early like they tell you or you will wait even longer. They use the excuse that they are running behind, so I told them they should text people to let them know. The only thing they are quick on is taking your money! Oh and the lady at station #2 should put a smile on her face!!! I work at the front desk too, and a smile goes a long way. had terrible experience today. the initial problem was caused by the person in my doctors office who neglected to,put a diagn on his order for my test. Rayus should be checking such orders to make sure they are complete before they have the patient come in. even though we registered online, we were told to come early. so we did. and we waited a very long time before we were called back, only to be told the test could not be performed due to the lack of diagnosis on the order. it was late n the day and the doctor's office was n answere I got service. I got someone through a back line and told staff the diagnosis but was told it needed to come directly from the doctor's office. Grace at the front desk was sympathetic and tried to help us. but the real problem at Rayus was that they never checked the order until I was called an hour after my appointment time. their system should change to review orders when they come in and make sure everything needed is included. the experience was excruciating and stressful. and if Rayus's policy was better, the problem could have been avoided. read more

One week after our doctor's office requested a "high priority" Xray, I received a call this morning to schedule. Interesting that this person was from the Marketing Dept! Also interesting that I had received a call four days after the order was sent, to schedule, and told them we'd already had it done elsewhere. Obvious huge communication gap. The response i got to my first review last week was met with a robot response "thank you for bringing this to our attention. This is not indicative of the care and service we strive to offer patients, and we have sent your review on to our center leaders. If you have additional information you'd like to share with us, or if you'd like our center manager to reach out to you, please private message us your contact information." You can see it is the standard response to all negative reviews. This place is in serious managerial trouble. They can't execute. When I was getting the run around on day two - I requested the Xray order be sent elsewhere. We got in for the Xray that afternoon. read more

When this Diagnostics Center was owned previously it was much more organized and professional. I've recently needed an MRI - I went four times before finally giving up and going elsewhere. First time, after waiting 1.5 hrs I was told I had no appt. 2nd time - I had to wait over an house only to be told the MRI machine was down and would have to wait at least another hour. I left. The 3rd time after waiting almost 2 hours - the MRI Technician refused to do the MRI as I did not have proof that my Medtronics Heart Implant was safe for an MRI. Their records did show that I had at least 3 previous MRI's under the old owner and never had a problem. I had to leave. Came for my 4th visit - with proof of my MRI being safe but when asking was told they were backed up for at least an hour. I finally said ther heck with this and went to a competitor who took me right in and provided my MRI with zero wait time and zero issues. I would never go back to this horrible place (Rayus). It was also obvious that the lovely people who worked there were very stressed and not happy with what they had to deal with. I am sure they will have constant turnover. They are taking what was a great business and in my opinion running it right into the ground. read more

What a shit show this place is. I was scheduled for two appointments for 9/23/22...a bone density test at 1:00 and then an MRI with and without contrast at 1:25. I arrived early as requested and was in the waiting room when my phone rang in my purse. Out of courtesy, I left it in my purse and did not answer it. I received a voice mail message. It was RAYUS to let me know that the MRI was currently down, but they could do the scan at 2:30 or I can reschedule. So.......the machine was down, but it would magically start working again at 2:30? I will need to reschedule because my husband and I are heading out of town. So. Then I waited, and waited and waited, for the bone density test. The test was ordered by my neurologist because I am at risk for bone loss due to the epilepsy meds I take, low body weight, extremely low vitamin D, and a family history of osteoporosis. I was already checked in for the test, so they knew I was there. I waited and waited. By the time 1:45 rolled around, I asked the woman at the desk if my test was still going to be done today. She just snarled at me and said 'we're really backed up today' and turned away. She didn't even ask what my name was. At about 1:40, two women had sat down across from me. I heard one ask the other if a bone density test hurt. The other woman said "no". At 1:50, they called her back for the scan. Five minutes later she returned and it was done. The two women left. I actually waited until 2:00 before I left. They obviously had no intention of ever doing my scan. I had just spent an hour and a half sitting at that gawd awful place for no reason. At that point the place was crowded full of people wandering aimlessly everywhere. Well, I still need to get these tests done. I guess I'll call a different Rayus location? Or, are all of their offices this disorganized and disrespectful? read more
