I brought the letter into the office and Mustafa said he'd check on it and get back to me, I never heard anything back. I decided to speak with another CPA in the mean time and pay to re-prepare the tax return. I then called the IRS who also never received my return or any letters / information to dissolve my business. I have paid $1,000 in fines to date because of this. When I called / emailed Mustafa's office they were not receptive and then Mustafa suddenly had COVID when I called to demand answers and copies of the submittal. I received paper documents to send in a week later because he clearly never sent anything in with no apology or refund.
