Absolutely love Renee!!!! She has been doing my hair for 11 years. I have never walked out disappointed!!!!!!

I will never go back here ever again. Got a simple haircut and requested an angle around my face. One side looks decent but the other side isn't angled at all. Instead, half of it is one length and the other is another length. She took too much hair from the side of my head to cut the angle and a major chunk falls right below my shoulder while the rest of the hair falls right above my chest. Further, the stylist rushed through the cut and barely styled it to make it actually look nice for leaving the salon. When I paid, the salon didn't even have singles for me to give for a tip. so at first it seemed like a very nice salon very upclass. The girl acted like she knew what she was doing. I asked for a a very natural height light and she bleached me all out to this yellow blonde. Not happy. And apparently I wasn't the only one whose hair she destroyed. Then the owner offered to fix it she put more bleach on it. My ends where a complete different color to the rest of my hair I was about 5 different that colors. I was in the salon for about 5 hours. Then I called her the next day and told her it looks bad and it's not what I came in for. So she said she would fix it. So I went back in I was beyond done I just wanted to go back to what I was. A a light brown with my natural highlight and I told her to cover the blonde all she wanted to do was put a toner on it. I said no you need to color it the toner will wash out. So she only puts some ugly green brown on my roots and puts a a green toner on my ends. I left with green damaged hair. I went to sevral other salons and they couldn't believe my hair. So I ended up paying 150 dollars to have to fix my hair and I had to go black to cover everything up. When all I wanted was a natural highlight beware of this place. read more

Just moved to the area was referred to a salon and wasnt happy with nails (looked childish) was skeptical about going here after reading reviews but how can you mess up a polish change? Is it possible? The experience wasnt that great the manicurist asked if i wanted my nails cut shorter...they were already active length im not 70 years old. I like showing off my nails. Was also disappointed that they have an air brush machine but dont /wont use it. I feel designs by hand are boring and limitedless. I had to keep telling her details of what i wanted which was annoying. I like simple and pretty with a little bling not boring mundane french manies...went today for a pedi experience was ok not great. Showed up at 12 they took me at 12:10 and was drying by 12:40. During my polish change i was shown the salon and told their pedies are 45 min long which makes them different than other salons. No dryers for your feet? Had to sit in waiting room for 45 minutes to dry. While there saw a beautician with shoulder length blonde hair styling a customers hair. I almost laughed out loud...on the right side of the customers head there was a hole...a parted area not styled brushed or sprayed around the ear area looked absolutely ridiculous. The customer wasnt even shown the back of the head much less the side. I went to Dyeing to Style and even had before and after pics on cell phone taken to show me what my hair looked like. I cant believe the stylist didnt see that???!!! read more

Celebrated my daughters birthday here with a few of her friends. They did a wonderful job of making the girls feel special and they all really enjoyed it. Everyone was friendly and attentive. read more

I was on vacation and stopped in to make an appointment. Got in later the same day. Tiffany gave me a touch up and a trim. She was professional, friendly and quick. Had a pedicure by Jordan and loved it! Very nice girls! A wonderful experience. read more

I used Gina for my hair and she is really great at what she does. I'm very particular about who touches and does my hair. Gina P. Is great and really works with you. If she doesn't like it or you don't like it she will fix it to your liking! She's warm and very caring about her clients! I'm not completely sure about the other women but Gina's great! read more

I have had a hard time finding a salon that I really liked in Toms River. I'm so glad I went to this salon because now I don't have to keep bouncing around. I called for an appointment and they were able to get me right in. The staff were all so courteous. I didn't have to wait at all, I was taken exactly at my appointment time. I had a cut and blow dry with Donna. She understood exactly what I was looking for and she did a fantastic job. read more

Have been going here for almost two years, getting my hair cut by Gina. Called and left message to make appointment with Gina last Monday - nobody called me back - I figured maybe because it was the day after Easter they were off. Called on Tuesday to make the next available pm appt with Gina. According to the girl who answered phone, Gina could cut my hair the next day, Wednesday, at 4:45 pm. Great! I get off work at 3:30 so I was wasting time until my appointment time. At 4 pm Razberri's called me to see if I can come in instead at 5:30 instead for my appointment with "Carly". I said who the heck is Carly? I have appt w/Gina. She said well Gina doesnt work today - why did I make an appt with Carly. I told her I didnt, her receptionist made a mistake. She asked me if I could come in next week for Gina. No apology, no let me try to see what I can do to rearrange the appointments, NO NOTHING. On top of that, she was pissed when I said I wasnt going to keep my 4:45 with "Carly". Outrageous. Gina was good but I will NEVER go back. Rude and awful customer service. read more

I have been a client of Gina P's for the past 10 years and I have never been more happy with my hair until now. She's the only one who gets it right every time. I'm surprised to see any negative reviews about her! From being a client of hers for so long, I know that she has a huge clientele of happy customers, who just haven't taken the time to sign up and post a positive review. Believe me when I say, she's young and trendy, and knows exactly what you want. Even when it seems difficult to achieve a color I really want from a picture, she still makes it happen! I recently had an ombre and I wanted to go to a chestnut brown color for the Fall, and I showed her a picture of a celebrity from a magazine, (obviously photoshopped) but she still nailed it. It was exactly what I wanted. I'm very happy with my color and cuts and Gina P as a hairdresser. I always get many compliments when I leave the salon. I just left Razzberris and I must say how glad I am to go there! I live up north and in the summer months I go every friday for a blo out! I have a summer home in Toms River. I just left there today as we come down to check our house and I just can't wait for my "Razzbertis experience,, I have been a customer for over 10 years and Diana Z has done my hair ! All the girls do a great job and I never have left there unsatisfied! Everyone I have sent there also agree. Diana is an expert at cut style and color and especially long hair! On occasion If Diana was out I had Gina P, Carly and Cassie who all did an amazing job too! Denise is the Salon Coordinator and keeps everything running so smooth and always accommodates the customers!
