Kymm Smith, owner of Voila, is a lovely and kind lady that I have known for many years. She is a very caring, genuine individual and with over 30 years of experience in this industry, she is incredibly knowledgeable in her craft. Kymm's daughter, Tia, has followed in her Mom's footsteps and is also a familiar face with the biggest smile to greet you that you'll find at Voila. I always feel super comfortable in Kymm's chair. It's like stepping into a friend's kitchen and is a warm and relaxing environment. Kymm really listens to what your needs / wants are and she'll be honest with you as to whether a certain color or foil will look right on you or not. I always respect her opinion which comes from her vast expertise and dedication to her craft. Besides giving great hair outcomes, Kymm gives THE BEST scalp massages when shampooing, conditioning and rinsing your hair. Frankly that is my FAVORITE part of my visit! I appreciate and value the care that I receive from Kymm Smith and her Voila family and I don't mind the 45 minute drive to see her every 5-6 weeks. I'm in NH on vacation and needed a haircut before going back to work on Monday. I searched around on the internet, and found this Turnage place in Plymouth had two positive reviews on Google, and I happened to be driving through Plymouth today to go visit some relatives, so I went to give them a shot. My only complaint is they're a little on the slow side, but quality takes time. When I arrived about 1:15 p.m., there were two customers in the barber chairs having their hair cut, and two other guys sitting in the waiting area. I waited 30 minutes for my turn, and then it took 25 minutes for my haircut. Joe did an excellent job. He gave me exactly the haircut I wanted and paid superb attention to detail. After the haircut, he put the warm shaving cream around my ears and neck and used the straight razor to get at those little hairs around my ears and back of my neck. Then he did the warm-towel thing to clean off the shaving cream. To finish it all off, he ran the vacuum hose across the top of my head to suck up the bits and pieces of loose hair. All that for a very reasonable price of $14. I was very pleased with the quality of service I received for that price. Turnage is top notch and I highly recommend it for anyone else looking for a barber around this neck of the woods.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Ashley was sweet, the owner...not so much. Wanted a gold, single color…read morecoverage dye, recieved a 4 color botch job with horribly exposed roots throughout. Went back in today to have hair corrected. Ashley indicated she was willing to do this, owner was insisting on additional payment. Needless to say, after paying $140 for the initial, incorrect, coloring; we left without my hair being corrected, and nearly in tears by the owner's brutish manner. He had the audacity to call us terrorists after expressing our desire to leave a review on social media. Posting pictures below. P.S. Since they do not advertise their prices on their website anymore, weirdly the prices seem to change through the coloring process and depending on who you speak with.
