Amy was our organizer on the day and she was lovely to work with. She helped us go through our master closet in a very nonjudgmental and straightforward way. She helped us donate almost 3 bags of items. We plan on working with Terri and her team again and would recommend for anyone to hire her for your organizing needs.

After I moved house, I had so many rent-a-crates to unpack and return very quickly. I felt overwhelmed and couldn't move two feet without hitting a box, and unpacking by myself was too slow. I contacted Terri again. Terri couldn't come out to personally help me within my limited window of time, but she has fantastic team members. Kammy came to help me, stayed for just under five hours, and we unpacked every rent-a-crate plus all of the cardboard boxes! There is a little left to do in order to make my new place feel like home, but Kammy's help means that 95% of the work is done. I am so pleased with The Chicago Organizer. Terri and Kammy are kind, professional, quite fair in their pandemic requirements, and most of all -- HELPFUL. Money well spent again!

Erin came in and to put me at ease any faster would have been literally impossible. She looked around and asked me what my thoughts were and more importantly, she listened. Erin immediately dug in while gently guiding me and talking to me about her ideas for moving forward. Erin is so gentle but effective in the way she directs that I was shocked at how quickly she got me through some piles that have been sitting for literal years! I asked for homework the last few minutes of our session so I could build on our progress and Erin took me room by room to talk. I have a little IGTV show, and she was cool with being a part of it. We cleaned one side of my SUPER cluttered closet. And she gave me homework to work on the other sides. She would hand me boxes, I'd go through them and separate into shred, donate, garbage, recycle, or keep, and hand them back and we worked like that for the entire 3 hours. It's been maybe a month since she came and that side of my closet still looks like the day she left. It's kinda weird to have a stranger come into your house and help you go through your clutter, but just remember, they are there to help, not to judge. I'm only giving 4 stars because I sent a message saying I wanted her to come back and I just never heard back from them anymore. I'm thinking my place was probably tooooooo much of a cluster for her. EEK!!!

I'm not going to pay someone $65 per hour to purge my closet and organize my 250 sq. studio. I found SOS on Yelp. The 5-star reviews seemed questionable but after my experience, they deserve them! I started with a 3-hour appointment with Callie. She's an absolute doll. I am amazed by her creative organizing solutions! We went through my walk-in closet and kitchen. It helps to help. I couldn't just sit back and watch her organize my belongings. It can be tedious, but it's worth it! We accomplished A LOT. I couldn't have done it without her. I just don't have the motivation or drive. I can see my floor again! I found my favorite sweater! Everything makes sense now! I love, love, LOVE how organized my apartment is. I am so happy I found SOS and met Callie! I finally got it done! Plus: It feels nice coming home now.

Brooke, Kim and the NEAT Chicago team helped me during a recent move to organize my "big problem areas" (my words, not theirs) - kitchen, bathroom and entry closet. My previous space *looked* organized, but was really very haphazardly stored - suffice to say, like items were often not with like items, and it resulted in a lot of duplication and chaos. I also was coming off of several years of heavy business travel - resulting in a disaster of a toiletry situation. Tiny. Bottles and Samples. Errrrywhere. Kim and her team spent one blissful Friday basically fixing my life: they arrived in the morning, spent some time talking through my needs/wants/life/perceived problem areas, and then they got to work and I went off to handle bridesmaids duties for a friend's wedding. Eight hours later, I came home from the rehearsal dinner to a choir of imaginary angels singing the moment I opened my front door... Everything had a logical and easily accessible home! I could find things again! They removed some duplicates at my request and donated them, which was a helpful time-saver for me, and left some other duplicates (mainly travel toiletries) in a great new system so I can see, access and use the products I have - and never get into the chaos of my previous situation ever again. If you are even remotely considering hiring them (which I'd imagine you are, since you're here and reading this), do it now. It's absolutely worth the investment, and I'm already brainstorming what other areas of my life they could improve - I'll 100% be using them again.

I asked them to send someone else. I loved the second cleaner and had her for the longest time and she randomly stopped coming. They never even told me if they fired her or she left. I asked them to please not send anyone else besides her because she was the only one who did a good job. After a few times of her not showing up (they pretended she was just sick and kept sending other people) they had to fess up that she no longer worked there. Every person besides this one girl did horrible work. The company has so much turnover that I believe they also have bad working conditions. I think the owners pocket most of the money and pay their employees poorly which is why they cannot retain staff. I clearly wrote in the messages (screenshot attached below) that I cancelled service. They will do anything not to wrong their rights or help their customers. The cleaner literally admitted to me her vacuum was broken and the owner then claimed that was a lie and it worked fine. I then vacuumed myself with my own vacuum because I didn't want to leave my house so filthy after paying to have a poor job done. What pictures can I send if I already did YOUR job? You guys are a disgrace for a company LOL so go ahead and pretend that you cancelled me when you can see the text below showing I cancelled. Now I had to hire a new company which is very annoying but much better than dealing with the 2 rude owners of this place. Believe me-you can see all my reviews since I started using Yelp. It is very rare that I write a bad review and it is only with good reason. I would rather keep a cleaning company I have a multi year relationship with vs find someone new but they DO NOT care about keeping happy clients or employees. I feel bad for all the women cleaners who work here because they are underpaid and overworked. The ownership is AWFUL. Do yourself a favor and just find someone else. I have now hired Purific Cleaning Solutions and they are already 1000% times better at communicating than Get Clean. As soon as I use them I will write a review so you can see some other options. Get Clean is so rude and money hungry. Original Review: I am SO over this company. After 3 years I am finally cutting the cord. Anna and John are so unprofessional and do not care about customer service. All the workers are very sweet but they don't stay with the company due to the horrible management practices. I have been thinking about getting a new company for a while but it's been easier to just have them come biweekly. I had Ohla who was the BEST ever. She stopped working there and they didn't tell me until after sending someone to my house that I didn't know or approve. Today they sent someone new again and they didn't have a working vacuum. Mine was not charged so they couldn't even finish the job. I reached out to Anna and she said that they take care of their vacuums so it's not possible that the rug wasn't clean. I had to vacuum the house myself and asked them for a discount on my next service. She asked for photos and I said I already cleaned it myself when the cleaner left. I pay EXTRA to have them come with all the equipment and supplies. They just do what they want and do NOT care about customer service. Instead of calling me and trying to resolve Anna basically just said "okay cancel". After 3 years this is how you treat your customers? Okay I will make sure everyone in Chicago knows you guys have horrible business practices and treat your employees and customers like garbage. This is not the first time I have had issues with them but I have let a lot go. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. Don't even care enough to pick up the phone and talk to your customers just cancel and be rude via text. DO not use this company. It's not worth the headache even though they do have a few employees who do a good job. (Must have left due to the owners) When I have more time I will be adding more screenshots of rude texts I have received from them.
