I literally just had my car there this week. My window on my driver side got busted from a cling car shade I got from Amazon that I forgot to remove when I rolled my window down and it got jammed and messed up the window regulator. My hubby dropped off my car Monday night after hours, the next day Danny called us and gave us an estimate and said that he has to get the part for us which would take a day. He got the part in the next day and my car was ready that same day. We are very happy with them. I really hope they stay at this location for a very long time.

I went to 2 other tire companies and had it confirmed in writing that B & L were responsible for this and I had to pay out of pocket to fix their mistake. I wrote a letter, sent multiple emails with attachments of documents and receipts and called B & L to ask for a reimbursement since I was out of pocket ~$200 for their work. I have never been so rudely spoken to in my whole life on the phone (Tim I think) the manager told me that lug nuts get stripped/cross threaded because of weather and wear and tear and hung up on me. After speaking with their HR at customer service they were horrified by his attitude and suggested I take this to small courts. I would have been happy with the $60 reimbursement for the faulty tire change but I got nothing but no replies and a rude manager talking down to me on the phone. I'd put zero stars if I could.

Went in and i was greeted by mike who right away got me in and took the keys to my truck and told me they would get in touch once they looked over everything and confirmed the repair. Next day i was called by his father Don who told me that it would need a new tank and that he had located one for me, turns out the tank was no good and he had then again searched and located another tank for me. making a long story short the tank that he had found was damaged by the shipping company during transport. Mike then got on the phone with the company that i had ordered the replacement tank from and had them send out another to the shop. All this time my truck was kept safe and sound! finally after all these issues with the fuel tank we had a nice tank delivered. In no time at all these guys got my truck running again and back on the road. These mechanics have to be the most friendly and kind mechanics i have ever met, I have been looking for a local shop for the past couple month to do my repairs when needed. It is safe to say i have found that shop and i will not be taking my vehicles to anyone else but these guys! I live all the way in Brooklyn NY and asked a local business owner if they could refer me somewhere I could trust to get me back on the road. They referred me to Direct Drive Diagnostics and when I got there, Thomas literally stopped what he was working on to assist me. This is arguably one of the best mechanic experiences I've ever had. Lisa the office Manager was a sweetheart and Thomas and his partner were able to assess what was wrong, and get my car up in running in roughly under 40 minutes. They were honest, hospitable, all had a great sense of humor and I felt welcomed and comforted that everything was going to be resolved. I highly recommend this place and even living in Brooklyn will bring my car back there moving forward because of how great and reliable they are.
