Even though Edward said he would clean the solar panels and remove the pigeon poop around the solar panels, there are obvious heavy droppings all around the solar panels that he did not remove and the solar panels were untouched. Basically we only got half of what was promised to us and we even tipped him. Very sad. I'm going to hire the same person from East Bay Solar Cleaning to also clean my roof since Edward didn't remove the pigeon poop. read more

I have been wanting to have our pigeons evicted from their nesting habitat beneath our solar panels for quite some time. I was surprised that Eduardo answered my first inquiry phone call. Most contractors don't! I needed a new gutter for the entire length of one side of my house. I also needed all of the gutter seams around the entire house re-sealed, as they were 20 years old. I was pleasantly surprised again that Eduardo was able to come out and start work the very next day. I was especially impressed with how thorough he and his crew were with sealing the gutter seams-- removing all the old sealant, and then scouring the metal to ensure the new sealant bonds well. I called Edward to replace two leaking gutters at the front of my house. After I sent him photos and lengths of the gutters, we agreed upon a price. When he came out and got on a ladder and took the leaf guard off the gutter, it was full of water. Someone had left a rag that got into the drain pipe hole and as soon as that was removed all the water ran out. I told Edward that I had several leaks on that length of gutter and he said they probably weren't leaks, it was water leaking out of the nail holes holding the gutter. He was right. He resealed five joints where the gutters were truly leaking, and he cleaned all of the gutters of my two story house, and he lost money doing it... Just want to add to my previous review. After cleaning my roof and noticed a broken tile on my roof, Edward came back a few days ago to install the roof tile for me for free. The broken tile needed to be fixed but no roofer would be interested in coming just for one broken tile.
