Edward and his crew did a fantastic job at a fair price. I contacted him last Saturday and he was able to come the following Saturday to knock out the job. I have been wanting to have our pigeons evicted from their nesting habitat beneath our solar panels for quite some time. Edward's Roofing pressure washed and cleaned underneath the panels and installed chicken wire to prevent future infestations. They also cleaned out the gutters below the panels and even went the extra mile to clean out a clogged gutter on the front side of the house. I was surprised that Eduardo answered my first inquiry phone call. Most contractors don't! I needed a new gutter for the entire length of one side of my house. I also needed all of the gutter seams around the entire house re-sealed, as they were 20 years old. I was pleasantly surprised again that Eduardo was able to come out and start work the very next day. I was especially impressed with how thorough he and his crew were with sealing the gutter seams-- removing all the old sealant, and then scouring the metal to ensure the new sealant bonds well. Had a vent that the screen was out so he fixed that too. He also found out that the wires for the solar fan on the roof came loose, so he reconnected them for me. Recommend highly. I called Edward to replace two leaking gutters at the front of my house. After I sent him photos and lengths of the gutters, we agreed upon a price. When he came out and got on a ladder and took the leaf guard off the gutter, it was full of water. Someone had left a rag that got into the drain pipe hole and as soon as that was removed all the water ran out. I told Edward that I had several leaks on that length of gutter and he said they probably weren't leaks, it was water leaking out of the nail holes holding the gutter. He was right. He resealed five joints where the gutters were truly leaking, and he cleaned all of the gutters of my two story house, and he lost money doing it... Truly an honest guy, very reasonable, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to do anything relating to gutters on your house. read more

When he arrived, we both didn't anticipate how bad the damage was done by the pigeons that my husband and I noticed/started hearing on our roof since our solar was installed. Just want to add to my previous review. After cleaning my roof and noticed a broken tile on my roof, Edward came back a few days ago to install the roof tile for me for free. The broken tile needed to be fixed but no roofer would be interested in coming just for one broken tile. Edward told me that he could swing by next time he had job nearby to fix it as long as I have the roof tile. He honored his words.
