I had the most unpleasant moment when this Lady from RC Taxi .because she said that I gave her the wrong address and I was wrong she said in a really bad manner that she's being driving for 30 yrs and she knows her way around so I told her that she was being rude and I was paying for a service and she decided to let me at the place I was going to and she yelled don't even pay me .this is not the way to treat your customers. The rudest man answers the phone, I called to follow up on a cab. It was a clear misunderstanding he heard differently than what I said and told me to have a nice day and hung up. Instead of sending a cab, and I'm with my 4 year old sister. This is also not his first time being rude to me, last time was in person when he slammed his hands on the desk to get my attention that my cab was there. He is extremely unprofessional, disgusting behavior and ABSOLUTELY does not deserve to work there. Work on your anger, your short fuse will get you nowhere. I live in Westport CT, my girfriend in Port Chester NY, the bastard we called to pick us up to take us downtown left us in the cold last night without calling or texting us. He/she/it drove away. Ok so my wife just took a taxi from my home to the gas station down the street. the driver was so nasty to her. he would not listen to her,and tried to drive her to a completely different gas station. After he stopped at the right gas station next to carvel they got into an argument and he left her stranded at the mobile on route one. I just don't get how a man can talk to a woman like an animal, and then leave her at a place where she has to walk home. I would give half a star if I could. Occasionally I have to take a cab home from work . I have always Paid $20 (it costs $18) to get from Port Chester train station to white plains train station where I live is less than a minute in a car from the station) R&C charged me $25 .The drivers excuse is because I live past the train station I said the Street name only he apparently didn't understand it. I dislike being ripped off when I stay late working hard for my money . I will take any other cab from PC in the future. Luso has some nice drivers and they never over charge me. read more

Taxi number 33 picked up my mother from Costco and decided he wanted to take her and another couple who were both packed with items. Her stuff were already in the trunk and was sitting in the car when the other couple noticed their stuff wouldn't fit. Both the couple and my mom told the Taxi driver that the stuff wouldnt fit and it would be best to drop off my mom first. He didn't like this answer and proceeded to grab the gallon of water next to him and attempt to hit my mom while cursing at her. All of this because my mother was defending herself.. please be careful if you ever do call from this company, but I highly recommend against it. Your safety matters. read more

They should train their drivers to comply with the traffic law. #43 was blocking the entire traffic while he was waiting for his customer at the train station. When someone asked him to pull over so that other cars can go through, he opened the door and started yelling. I would never use this taxi company. Terrible. I tried using a credit card to pay. He kept asking for my billing zip code which was strange and then said it was declined. I then saw that my card had been charged 2 times after i ended up paying cash. My bank identified it as fraud and now i need to wait for a new credit card to arrive. Such a pain. Slightly faster than Lusa Taxi but still pretty terrible. Late 90% of the time, and like others have said, they will pick up other people before getting you even if those aren't people who called. There is no problem when I get a car from the station. They are very professional. But sometimes they don't have a receipt when I ask( because of my work). They said " I'm sorry because this is not my car." Is that regal that driver's license and driver who drive that car doesn't match? I'm curious. I called the car today. Inside a car, already 2 ladies and 1 baby are in. I hadn't got an experience sharing car with those number of people since pandemic. I was surprised and stopped the moment and driver said "if you don't want, don't get a ride!" . I got in because I needed and already waited 15mins. After all, I asked the receipt and he said he doesn't have. One passenger lady (might be his friend or family) tried to find it but couldn't , she freaked out and got off the car. And a driver also freaked out and said " no receipt, get out. What's the matter? Come back tomorrow! Get out " . That is my worst experience ever since I worked in this area. I def not to recommend. This was always my go to transportation. Today when I was leaving work to go to a friends house , the driver was very rude. He was yelling at me & driving very unsafe. Speeding through parking lots. Once i got off he stuck the middle finger because he misunderstood my address when I clearly said it to him. Definitely don't recommend this taxi company. In this day of cell phones you would think a cab company would use them instead of driving up and down our street blowing its horn at 8 p.m. But this is exactly what the driver of this taxi cab company did. He/she also disrupted traffic on our street making it difficult for other drivers to get by. I have also seen the drivers of this company park willy nilly all around the Port Chester train station and making it difficult for other drivers to get by the taxis as if other drivers did not exist. I've used RC Taxi several times, and I love them. I've only gone in when I need a ride from the train station across the street, so I can't speak for having them pick you up from anywhere, but they've always been very nice and polite and there's always been a taxi within a few minutes. The fares are less expensive than most. Occasionally you'll have one of the driver's family members in the front seat, but I liked that. No need to make conversation if you don't want to. One time, the driver's daughter was in the front seat and she was singing the alphabet song under her breath because she was still learning her ABCs - adorable! They're my go-to taxi people when I'm in Port Chester, and I don't have a reason to complain as of yet! Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because their taxis are a little rundown and shabby, but it's never really bothered me that much. read more
