I have spent a lot of time at RC Willey in the past few months. I've had all different experiences during each visit but for the most part I enjoy shopping here. The high pressure sales gets to me sometimes but overall I usually enjoy my browsing experience and can find a couple of sales people who are attentive without being stalkers. I cannot begin to to explain my frustration with RC Willey. We went in on Thursday and purchased $3450 with of goods. We took two items home with us and the remaining three would be delivered today (Tuesday). We were told my our salesman that when our mattress and bed was delivered they would remove our old one. I received a text message the night before with our window- 1045-1245. Around 10am we get a phone call that one item was not on the truck and would be delivered at a different time, causing me to take a full day off of work rather than a half day. No apology, no reason why, nothing. The truck first shows up and 1. Our entertainment center is missing a leg. 2. They refuse to remove our old bed. 3. They refuse to remove our mattress. While they are there we call our sales girl, Cynthia who told us (and the drivers) that they were to remove both items. They refused and said they would not wait until they items were removed so they were to leave with the items or build them in the garage. Absolutely ridiculous service! They leave and we wait almost two hours for a manager to call us who belittles his employee over the phone saying she didn't know the policies and we would have to reschedule deliver. I cannot believe the horrific customer service at RC Wiley. They charge top dollar for items and you get nothing in return. There are so many choices in town who appreciate your business in this economy. Do not choose this place. read more

My fiancé and I moved to town from Boston with legit no furniture. Our grandparents who have spent 10's of thousands of dollars here referred us to this location. Over the year we have made multiple purchases totaling in thousands of dollars our selves. We came in today to take advantage of the 1 year free delivery promise. We found a dresser and mirror set in clearance section for about $700 lol. When we did the paper work we were told our free delivery privilege expired 4 days prior smh. Even in a pandemic the manager would not budge on the delivery fee. I'm sure if we were not young minorities, this fee would have been waived promptly for repeat customers. I almost still made the purchase, but I rather pay a delivery fee to a company who respects clients, and handles business with reason. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. Should have known there was a reason the parking lot was empty on a Saturday afternoon. It's because the salesmen are so disgustingly predatory that no one wants to shop there. I'm not even kidding, they walk with their chest pressed to your back because they don't want to miss a sale. Their shoes kept hitting the backs of our ankles. Not only is this behavior rude, it is uncomfortable and inappropriate. I don't want a strange man pressed against my back while I'm trying to look at furniture. For the few minutes we were able to look around unbothered, I noticed (and tripped on) a few rugs that were curled up and not properly secured to the ground. Their price range varied widely. There were some couches that were shockingly cheap and a few that were way too expensive and showed huge signs of wear and poor craftsmanship. RC Willey is a crap shoot. We have been shopping there over the years since I moved back to the Vegas Valley (and husband moved here for the first time). The goods: the financing is super easy with 6,12 or 18 months interest free. They have quality products that I haven't had any issues with falling apart or being substandard. They deliver if you are purchasing a large item. They set up. The staff is friendly, if not a little pushy. Their cafe is usually open, which is food for the kiddies who need a break. The bads: After you purchase a large item, but not so large that you need it delivered, you have to go around back to pick it up. I have NEVER waited less than 30 minutes. I bought my son a gaming chair (which I could have carried out myself). I waited 45 minutes on a Friday evening for it. I was paying extra on my financing bill in order to pay it off before the interest free expired. Because I had one purchase that was 6 months interest free and one that was 12 months, the finance department was appropriating the extra money to the 12 months interest free. When I complained (as that makes NO sense to me), they transferred the money, but told me that from now on, I had to go online to their website to pay to make the extra money go where I wanted it to go. What a pain! Now, if you are paying cash (or another form of payment other than your RC Willey card), shop around. While they do have some good deals (around Christmas with my coupons/gift certificates they give you, the xbox 360 was cheaper than walmart), I got better deals on my fridge and washing machine and dryer at Lowe's. Bought my on sale Dyson there, similar prices elsewhere, but you have to know to look around. read more

I recently purchased a hutch/desk combo with a matching bookcase at this RC Willey location. I did alot of window shopping/ pricing at many furniture stores and different locations all over town. I was very satisfied with the price that I paid for the product I recieved. The only annoying part was during delivery, I had a desk return delivered in place of the hutch. I must admit I was very annoyed since I was counting the days to get my home office in place. Fortunatley for me, my sales person, Irene, took care of the situation and made sure my Hutch would be delivered at the next available delivery time. One thing I do like about this company is the fact that you are able to go to their website the day before a delivery and you get your 3 hour window at that time so you can plan things you need to do that day accordingly. Since Irene was so quick to take care of the situation that arose, I will certainly be back to buy more furniture here. I am a new homeowner with an empty house, so I WILL be back! read more

So far my experience with RC willey has been either great or absolutely terrible. In this situation, the people in the store have been and were great. The people in delivery and customer service have been a nightmare. First they charge $59 for delivery. Then the night before delivery they say they aren't going to be able to deliver because of their truck. Then we reschedule to Monday.. we'll, we called back again and now they say they may not even be able to deliver Monday, because our complex may not let them in. I'm beyond irritated and considering cancelling the sale all together. This terrible service needs to be fixed. read more

My husband & I had the pleasure of working with Nick Dumais. We were in the market for a motion couch & love seat. Nick knows the materials and nuances of the furniture inventory and construction materials of all the different lines. His experience and patience coupled with his knowledge and listening skills, add value to any purchase experience. That said, we wound up spending about twice as much as we intended on what we felt was a comfortable well constructed product made in the USA. The couches were delivered and had some flaws due to the delivery folks having issues with the heaviness of the couches - but this 5 star review is because - RC Willey took care of the issue and agreed to replace the couches on a timely basis. They said to use them, and they would replace in 3 days. Nick reached out to me when he saw there was a delivery issue. He called me in the evening. I told him it was being handled, and thanked him for his care. I did tell him that the couches were giving off an irritating odor & bothering my eyes and nose, and I was concerned I was allergic to them or something. This Made in the USA couch had issues on the interior - that was where the odor was coming from. Nick said he would call & check back with us in the morning to see if the odor dissipated - which he did. My husband shared that he had experienced irritation, but mostly in his mouth. Nick went out of his way to arrange for the couches to be picked up first thing next day. We then went back to the store and selected a different set by a different manufacturer. Nick said he contacted the rep. for the original couches, verified that the memory foam was made in the USA and arranged for the rep. to come look at the returned merchandise to try to see if they had a bad run of something at the manufacturers. He did tell us that the Southern Motion company rep said that they had a similar complaint in a different state. It is so refreshing in 2019, to find someone who obviously loves his job, cares about his customers and his employer ( by helping determine the issue with this high end merchandise), comes from a place of "yes" and has a world of patience with a capital "P". Our second couch and loveseat from a different manufacturer are scheduled for delivery in a few days - I hope these arrive in good shape and don't have gas-off issues that the first set has. This experience has been a bit of an ordeal - but Nick has gone above and beyond to turn a bad situation into hopefully a good one. RC Willey facilitated the exchange smoothly and professionally. Hence the 5 Stars... I have been a Vegas real estate agent for decades now, and always recommend RC WIlley because they are good to deal with & seem to be able to keep up with the style trends that home buyers look for, and have such nice employees, from the greeter lady to the cashier gals, to Nick - who deserves kudos for handling this issue with such kindness, concern and professionalism. read more

I bought a sectional almost 5yrs ago. The salesman said how durable even with children. Love the sectional, being a realist I knew wear and tear would happen. The right arm reclining piece of the sectional is past repair. I went to the store I bought it from and asked about BUYING the replacement piece. I was told unfortunately it's like a new "car" and you can't buy just pieces. That's funny, when I first bought it and could buy all sorts of pieces to add on. I have never recieved a complete delivery and if I have, the furniture had to be replaced because of damage to the product! We went here this past Black Friday (set to open at 8 am), and the line almost wrapped around the building. We were in the area, and underestimated the demand for the Genesis system at $20.00- which is what my husband wanted. Apparently, coupons were passed out in line, and we must've missed that announcement in the newspaper ad (assuming it was printed). Come to think of it, I did notice an employee walking back towards the entrance to the store. This happened as I stood in line, while my husband found a parking space. We went inside, but found out that the system sold in seven minutes! There were so many people there- some other people got rude when they learned that the Genesis sold out. Most of the customers were at the Electronics department, just like us. We went here to look at furniture last year, and the prices were pretty high. It's been our experience (and yes, it has been recent) that employees at furniture stores are similar to used car salesmen- almost like circling sharks- I just don't like to be constantly followed and harassed. I think that my FIL bought something here but had to return it, because it didn't work out inside his house. Heard that the outlet in North Las Vegas has better prices though the pieces might not be in perfect condition. read more

Still nothing from RC Willey. They keep screwing with me. Telling me that all of the pieces they have are damaged. And they were supposed to call me tonight to give me a delivery time but I'm on some "other" list that requires them to call me the morning of deliver. Because it's not like I have a job and a family to support. RC willey apparently thinks I have nothing to do but sit around and wait for their call and their delivery that never occurs. I purchased and paid cash for my furniture over 7 weeks ago and still don't have what I paid for or any explanation from RC Willey. Complete rip off. Do not purchase furniture here. I love this furniture store. Other furniture stores in the area will give you deliver dates and will not deliver them on time. Sometimes you will be waiting for your furniture for months after the assumed delivery date. RC Wiley will give you an exact delivery date if your furniture is in stock, and it is usually within a week. My experiences have been even better and under short notice I have been able to get a full house furnished in just for short days. This is my go to furniture store. read more

Extremely impressed with the ease in the overall purchasing process with an enormous selection at good prices. Timothy Callahan provided superb customer service who aided in the decision process without pressure to buy. Their financing program is quick and easy and the cashier department was professional and courteous. I especially like that I have 14 days to return the purchase if not completely satisfied as well as their one-time delivery charge of $59 for the entire year, no matter how many deliveries take place throughout the year. read more

My wife and I purchased a side board and it was delivered the wrong color the piece was originally white in color and came yellow as if the wood was bleeding through the delivery team noticed it as well and ordered us a new piece the second time was the same but worse and the delivery team wasn't thrilled to put it back on the truck they took the better one of the two after the third time to get the piece right The representative from RC Willey stated that it met the manufactures quality standards but did not match the one that was in the store after attempting to talk with the manager the sales person tried to rectify the situation after all the attempts to get the right piece we had to hire somebody to paint The piece I was very disappointed with the way the management went about the situation and the fact that I've been a customer for over 10 years was a horrible month long experience read more

To start off; I believe in honesty and people who know how to do their jobs. Now my experience in this Rc Willey was good at first, but then things started to turn for the worst. They have the most beautiful selection of furniture but their employees seem to either not know their own policies or even care to tell the truth about them. I don't know if it was just a mistake with paperwork or if they just lied to us just to get a quick buck but, we ordered two items in store but ofc they didn't have them there. So the employee (Margaret) who was taking care of us, told us that since they are closed on Sundays they will have our furniture delivered to their Henderson location so we could pick it up on MONDAY. She told us that both the couch and the chair were in the north Las Vegas warehouse and would be able to pick it up Monday. come to find out we call them on Monday and they tell us the couch is in Salt Lake City UTAH and that they don't transport on Mondays. My aunt Spent $2k on a couch and chair that she and my elderly grandmother needed by today, now we have no where comfortable to sit and be a family at. Thanks! read more

From the gate seemed like she was having a bad day, which we all have them and I totally understand however this lady was talking to me as if I was mentally challenged just because of my age. She went to ask me if I had the credit card I paid with I said yes and was going to pull it out and the lady repeated the ACTUAL credit card you paid with I again responded with yes. She then went to say AND the ID to match the credit card as if I was not the person who purchased the item. Won't be purchasing here again just due to the lack of customer service. I purchased two expensive couches from them. Less than a week of the couches being at my house both motors burned out on the recliners. They deliver me a couch with a bent frame so even after they came and repaired the two motor, they still had to schedule to come back out to replace the entire couch. read more

Received the two chairs I purchased on the exact time promised. However the electronics that came was to come with the chairs were missing. That was on Friday. I called on Monday and they had no record of the missing parts and after waiting almost 10 minutes on hold the humorless young lady said i could pick them up or they could be mailed to me next week since they were not in stock. Two weeks to get missing parts after scheduling a delivery two earlier seems to be poor service. We bought the most expensive electric recliners and connection piece a year ago. (5k) They're featured in the latest commercials. We also purchased the leather protection. We tried to file a claim because the leather is peeling on one of the recliners. So the timeline is as follows: August 2 2017 claim started September - random emails giving us reasons to wait November, December, January etc etc - phone calls and emails giving us random reasons to wait It is now almost May 2018 and my couch still looks like crap and we're STILL getting the run around. The customer service was great, but the product itself is horrible quality. I bought a sofa sectional for $1100.00 back in May 2012, which is 6 months ago and within that time the cushions started to get out of shape really really bad. I have to keep moving the stuffing around every other day, which is a huge hassle and since the cushions are made out of down material and not foam the feathers keep coming out. If you end up shopping here for a sofa just make sure you inquire more about the material they use in their cushions and pillows so you don't end up with the same problem I did. Based on this experience I probably won't shop here again for a sofa or anything else. read more

They showed up friendly and excited for my furniture. They placed my furniture the way I wanted it and they were patient with me. They gave me time to inspect my furniture. Also, they were super cautious and respectful in not damaging my home. Wow, 5 star delivery service! So ..... I am really SUPER Stupid.. my whole house really is from this store and i have never really had an issue(#why now). There is easily 20k of paid off furniture/appliances in my home.. If ever I had an issue it was taken care of so I continued to deal with them.. that is the good... recently Fathers day... My family bought me this lovely Blackstone Flat griddle... I was soooo excited as I even though I have never used Propane as a griller.....Delivered to my home as was promised and I thought there were some parts missing, perhaps I. Super bummed about the couch we got not even 2 years ago! We had a great experience with friendly staff, then after getting the couch maybe a year later the bottom wood section completely cracked the cushions don't even stay on the couch and the arm rests are completely falling apart! Mind you this is a couch not even 2 years old and the broken wood happened a year after getting the couch and I have called multiple times with still no resolution. Be aware when buying a couch!! A week ago I bought a sofa set (7 pieces) after the sales person, Jesse, told me that there was only a $30 difference between the sofa with loveseat and the 7 piece set. Today only the sofa and loveseat were delivered. The sofa had a staple sticking out of the back and the loveseat has to be replaced because of a slit in the fabric. I was told by delivery that a repair person will have to come out and the loveseat will have to be delivered again.
