My mother needed a new television because her old one was actually fading on half of the screen. It was a brand I had never heard of and most likely inexpensive. I was happy to shop around for her because she is quite ill, bedridden and house bound, so this is her only source of entertainment. However, she is very hard headed and demanding, and insistent that Sony is the only brand she trusts. So my bf and I explored several department stores and could either not find this particular brand, or offered it as the most expensive TV in the store! Best Buy had it in stock, but it was not on sale like all their other models during Christmas time and Black Friday. We decided to put shopping on the back burner during the busy season, until maybe I could convince her to try another reliable brand. But there was no convincing her and money was no object. I was trying to save her money, since my parents are elderly, and on a fixed income. My stress level just kept rising as the responsibility of making her happy was solely placed on my shoulders. Finally, I remembered that RC Willey is not only known for their great selections of furniture, but electronics also! That's when we headed to the Delta Shores Shopping Center. Upon entering this huge and beautifully decorated store, I was in awe, and felt that we had found the right place! Heading up the lovely and stately looking stair case, we found the electronics section. TV's everywhere and playing box office hit movies! All kinds of brands in many sizes! To my excitement, they had the exact same 43" Sony that my mother had her heart set on! AND it was about a $100.00 less, than Best Buy! Since they didn't have one in stock at that time, our very helpful sales associate Alec G., got my purchase efficiently processed. The TV was ordered from one of their other RC Willy stores, and I could pick it up in a few days. I even added on a 3 yr. warranty, just because things happen more often than not! (At least for me!). The return for pick up was quick and easy. Then, delivering the Sony to my parents house, unpacking, setting up, connecting, and then mounting it on the wall by my helpful bf Joe K., the day was successful and accomplished! I went to this Rc Willey in Delta Shores yesterday 2/18/25. Looking for a "Rocking chair". The European American older fella came up, he was very short and dismissive, stating " i been doing this for (i think he said 35) 35 years, and your not going to like what we have. i ended up finding something i liked. but it was in the discounted area, which meant if it's under $1,000 they can't deliver. My family and I have browsed RC Willey a few times and the service is subpar. No matter what department, it's difficult to get the attention of any associate. There are always groups of them talking to one another instead of helping customers. This last visit, my mom and I were looking at stove tops and we had lots of questions. I made eye contact with several sales reps but not a single one came over to help us. I had to go up to someone and ask to be helped. Funny, considering they make commissions so you would think they'd be eager to make a sale. Once we did get help the purchase was smooth sailing. I do like a lot of their products - we purchased a washer & dryer a few years ago and browsed couches this year as well. Prices are also comparable to other furniture stores. Has a company ever stopped in the middle of a service that you paid for well in advance because they're "too busy" to do the bare minimum for their customer? Today was a first for me. RC Willey, you did us so dirty. We paid for both delivery and setup, and this is how you left our daughter's room today - screws, tools, and wrapping all over the floor, with the bed never assembled. You should be ashamed of yourself for having such terrible customer service. The delivery guys gave up on the job because they "had nine more deliveries to make." Instead of completing their job, they tell us to call RC Willey corporate and have them send out another delivery person. They then try to push us into signing an agreement that states that our service was complete, even though it wasn't. If that wasn't shameful enough, when I did call corporate, they expressed zero accountability or empathy for their employees' conduct, placed me on hold several times without ever letting me know how long the process would take, and then told me to wait another week for my daughter to have a bed. As thanks for the thousands of dollars my family has spent in your stores, you slapped us in the face. I never experienced this terrible of service anywhere before, and I honestly didn't think you were capable of caring so little. You've made it crystal clear that you don't see us as customers; you see us as obstacles or annoyances that you'd rather not deal with. Your employee who said he "just wants to get this job over with," would actually make a really accurate spokesman for your company. Fine, then. Have it your way. Instead of begging you to perform a job that you already were paid to complete, I'll instead just take my business to a company that treats its clientele like human beings. I didn't order anything during my visit to RC Willey. However, I really appreciated how the sales people didn't pressure me into buying anything. They left me and my bf alone as we walked around checking out all the different sections. It's very beautiful inside. In the center of the room, there is an indoor water feature mimicking a waterfall and it feels pretty peaceful. There's two levels and it feels like an indoor mall inside. They sell appliances and electronics in addition to furniture. I would check this place out again in the future. read more

Don't ever buy anything from this company. Their Extended Warranty department is a nightmare to deal with. My bosch dishwasher that I purchased from them broke . I've been going back-and-forth with a representative called Sara from the RC Wiley extended warranty department. And it seems like she is not listening. She sent two companies and both of them didn't know what was going on. The first company put the door back together, improperly and left a part of the machine outside. When the machine still didn't work, they said they might have to order three parts but didn't follow up. Sara's response was that the company will call you back shortly. Sara must've turned off her text function because we couldn't text her back. Weeks went by and we didn't hear back from the repair company. There was not even a follow up phone call from RC Wiley. By now, it has been over two months. We had to engage a repair company on our own who fixed it in three days. we had to complain to the Better Business Bureau. Sara's reponse by text was 'is the issue resolved.' But I don't think RC Wiley really gets it. No one is looking at how the the Extended Warranty department is serving their customers. They didn't offer to reimburse us for their repair that they couldn't do. I assume Sara represents the company. As a customer I feel that they don't care. This is insurance fraud. This is an issue that they could have resolved with good communication in a few minutes but failed to do. I would like to make sure other people know before they buy from this company so I am forced to post my experience on all their review sites for the next few years. read more

Wow! What can I say? We ended up purchasing an entire living room and bedroom setup, including a mattress set and even a nice entertainment center that provided a base for our large screen TV on the top and had an imitation fireplace on the bottom. For the fireplace, we could turn the heat on or leave it off and have just the flames. RC Willey really does have a giant selection of anything you could be looking for to outfit your home. They probably had over two dozen imitation fireplaces to choose from! A few years ago we bought kitchen appliances and also an LG washer and dryer from RC Willey. All reasonably priced and with such a big selection on everything, it really is a place for one-stop shopping. I like that the sales department keep their distance and don't tag with me UNLESS I want them too. I hate the used car salesman type of sales people at a furniture store where they follow you around constantly. RC Willey is not like that. For these recent purchases my salesman was Alfonzo. What I really liked about him is that he was able to save me alot of time because he knows his furniture well. I only wanted to buy furniture that was in stock so it would be readily available. He was able to save me alot of time because on most of the items that I questioned, he already knew whether it was in stock or not. "On this bed, the queen is in stock, but not the full size", or, "on that one the full is almost always in stock, I would just need to verify. But I'm pretty sure it is in stock." He would already know how long it would take to get it, if it wasn't. On the very few things that he needed to look up, he knew right where to look in the computer and got the answer within a few moments. Surprisingly, most of the items I asked about were in stock! I did have a unique delivery situation that I needed to be absolutly resolved before I could commit to the purchase. It was for a delivery request that I had that was outside of the normal RC Willey delivery procedures. So I sat down with the store manager Mike Alread to discuss my unusual needs. I actually sat down with him in a living room display in the middle of the showroom. Nice couch, by the way! Anyway, I like that I didn't have to go to some office like at some furniture stores, or like at a car dealership to be looked down upon while sitting behind his desk with all those award plaques on the wall. I don't like managers in any business that looks down on their customers in order to project some kind of importance. He was very approachable. I got the feeling that Mike understands that the customers are what is important, not the other way around. He made a personal promise to me that he would make sure my needs were met. Because of his promise, I made the big purchase. It was a Win-Win for both me and RC Willey. I highly recommend RC Willey for their wonderful showroom and staff, large selections from appliances, furniture, and everything in between, as well as reasonable prices to fit all budgets. read more

So I finally made it to RC Willey! I've always wanted to visit but never found the opportunity or time to do so. But now that there's one closer by in Delta Shores, I made it a priority that we go here to browse around and look for a couch and daybed. Wow! It was huge when we walked in. There was a lady sitting in a chair to greet people. You are welcomed with a beautiful waterfall against the wall. The decor and setup of the store is very inviting. We browsed around the first floor looking at the couches. No one really approached us so we were able to freely look around. We went over to the left side and found a few couches to put on our list to compare. There were some kids asking their parents to take pictures of them with the fake bears. They were intrigued by them. A very nice sales lady named Dominique came over and asked if we needed help. She looked up some of the items for us to see if they had different colors. Then she told us about the upstairs budget area if we wanted to just buy one piece instead of a set. Before going upstairs, we wanted to see the daybeds so she walked us over to that area and helped us. We saw one that we really loved, so I took down the info to price compare later. This place has two stories and in between there's a little area you can go through if you take the stairs. We took the elevator because of my KneeRover. We were amazed when went upstairs. They had an audio section, exercise, budget area, cafe, etc. and this is where they have the free hot dogs and drinks, the office and bathrooms. My husband saw a couch he wanted but it was already sold. We took a break and got a hot dog and drink. Then we started browsing around the second floor. It's a very lovely store. I purchased an LG refrigerator, washer and dryer. When the items were delivered everything was damaged and the delivery drivers did not want to install and take away the old appliances. The agreement and payment was for this to be done. The delivery drivers who had an RC Willey truck were very rude and treated me really bad. I declined to receive anything and immediately called my sales person and canceled everything. Very bad experience. I went to Costco and purchased everything had it delivered without a problem. Bought a couch in 2019 with warranty, the wood behind the couch broke, and called to get it fix, at that time they didnt tell me that i need to pay to get it fixed. 11 months later, some handyman from RC wiley came and fix my couch. Once he opened the couch, the pieces they used ended up to be split pieces, he told me that he has to tell RC wiley that there are more wood needed to be fix instead of the one broken one. I called customer service of RC Wiley. The manager team as well as CATORA. They told me i have to pay $375 to fix the couch when the couch only cost $670. They said if i dont pay they are not going forward. 11 months ago, they told me there is no fee i need to pay, 11 months after they told me i have to pay $375 because of the 2nd opinion they get 11 months after the my first service call. And they charged me $60 for someone to come out last year. read more

We have bought many things from RC Willey over the years from bedroom, dining room and living room. We bought a living room entertainment center and the salesman suggested we by the extended warranty, telling us that if anything goes wrong with it from staining to anything else it would be covered. We bought the 4 year warranty and slightly over one year later the lights quit working. We called the store and they referred us to the warranty department saying it should be problem to fix it. We called the warranty department and they said that the only thing not covered is the electrical. They told us that we would have to contact the manufacture for the parts to fix it. The manufacture says they only deal with retailers. Thanks RC Willey for lying to us then provide no support. After spending thousands in their store I see that they cannot be trusted. My daughter was going to buy new bedroom furniture and I told her that she should find a more reputable business as I will never buy there again. read more

My dishwasher died. So I looked on line at RC Willy's web site saw they were having a sale. I called and I spoke with Travis , he explained about the model I chose, he checked to make sure my model was available, and scheduled me for a Wednesday pickup. I wanted to finance for % interest he set it up for me all I had to do was go into the store to sign papers. Tiffany, the cashier, was so helpful and efficient about getting the paper work done. On my way out I checked the model I purchased and saw model I liked better for a little bit more. Octavio was so pleasant he changed my order to the new dishwasher making sure all my discounts were still in place and that it was in stock and I have the same delivery date. Cashier Fatima helped me with the new paper work. Showed me that I had all my discounts and wished me well. Now I am waiting for my new dishwasher! I was needing to replace a 12 year old Kenmore front load washer and decided to also replace our 22 year old Maytag dryer at the same time even though the dryer still worked. The problem was, I did my research and thought I wanted Samsung because it was the only front loader with a gasket that was loose enough to get your fingers behind for cleaning and drying to prevent that nasty smelly black mold common in front loaders. Samsung however, had horrible reviews. GE does not do sound testing. Electrolux does not replace, only repairs. Consumer Reports recommends LG but a repairman had warned me about LG. I was in a quandary but knew I wanted to purchase from RC Willey because if you buy an extended warranty and are a BlueRewards member they add 1 year to the warranty and if you finance through them, they add another year. So I headed over to RC Willey appliance department and was offered assistance by Andrew Rai. I explained my quandary. Andrew explained he had over 20 years experience formerly working for Sears appliances and he explained which brands were owned by the same company. He shared his knowledge, I respected his expertise and he offered his two recommendations and helped me make a purchase decision. I went with Maytag because of the commercial technology. This is two weeks after the washer delivery and use. While I am not thoroughly pleased with this washer's features and it's operation, Andrew helped me make a difficult decision and I definitely appreciate that. read more

DON'T GET FLOORING FROM RC WILLEY.. IF you are looking for good quality flooring don't purchase it from RC WILLEY. I just spent $30,000.00 on engineered hardwood flooring from them and the boards are cracking splitting and lifting from the board itself. The install was perfect and still is, but the product is falling apart so since I have animals it's their fault, I think I would know if my animal had an accident. They are not standing by their product a year after install. So, if your smart you will go somewhere that will stand by their product. If you get stuck with dealing with Mike VanFleet don't trust him, he tells you what you want then when it comes to standing by the $30,000. grand you just spent HE doesn't care. We had the best experience with RcWilley! Had been shopping for furniture at several other furniture stores before going to RCWilley. Didn't find what we liked at others. Found that other places had increased their base price and then tried to sell us on "what super sale they were having!" We were told the sales would allow us to take 25-40% off the ticketed price. Those ticket prices were super inflated. One sofa set was priced at $11,000 plus 40% sales discount. That would bring it down to what others normally charge. Don't like the inflation of prices! Based on our shopping at several other furniture stores, we concluded RCWilley doesn't do the inflated pricing on their merchandise. Their sales people are very nice and knowledgeable! They share information so customers can make their own decisions. Don't like other stores, where sales people follow closely and constantly try to sell you the furniture in front of you every time you stopped to browse. We had a great experience with Ken Fraser! Best sales person! He gave us our space, but was always available for any questions or for any suggestions when we needed. Ken patiently helped us shop for a living room set and a bedroom set. We understand due to Covid, there is a supply-chain delay for deliveries. Today, most of our purchase was delivered (2 weeks since purchase). The rest may be delivered some time next month or two. Hoping sooner! The two young men, Michael G. & Derek T., who delivered our furniture today were great! Very nice and super careful! Hard workers! Very friendly! RCWilley was a great experience! We bought a nice entertainment center. When they finally delivered, it had a lot of scratches, a broken part in the rear, a chipped corner. I mean the broken part is huge. I didn't even notice it until I moved the entertainment center from the wall. This entertainment center was not cheap, it cost 4k. Called customer service, and they offered me to keep the trash they unloaded into my house for $250. I was flabbergasted! I told them I wanted them to replace the whole entire thing. Told me it was gonna take a month or so to get a replacement. Four (4) weeks later, we get a call stating they have the replacement. They come deliver, but only the center piece. Not even the upper piece and rear piece. I asked about the side pieces. The delivery guy said "the ones I have in the truck is worse than what you have now." WTF!!!?? A 3 story RC Wiley is open for business in the new Delta Shores shopping center. I happen to be in the market for some new furniture pieces for my living room and I decided to give this place a try. One thing I noticed immediately upon entering this store is that I wasn't instantly "hover-hawked" by a posse of salesman. With their soft lighting and relaxing music I actually enjoyed perusing through all the different genres of furniture displays. This place is enormous with three show room floors and as an added bonus, just in case you get hungry, there's a café on the mezzanine or 2nd floor. On the third floor there are discounted pieces of furniture and closeouts. Some of the price reductions are ridiculously low. If you happen to find something on the 3rd floor discount room, be prepared for cash out and carry as most of these sale pieces do not include delivery. read more

The problem is the financing, and the website. I have never seen a payment website that doesn't allow automatic payments and requires you to use your bank's bill pay. The other problem is they sometimes count early payments as late, which may result in your interest rate going up. I can recommend this place, but only if you're paying cash. read more
