Came in originally for an outdoor patio set but saw a couch & shelving unit I wanted to get instead. I had to find a sales associate to help. When we found one I immediately said Hi, got out my wallet, she didn't acknowledge me just my husband. I took out my wallet to give my info as I was the one that was going to purchase but she only put down my husband's name- didn't need his ID or anything. She was not helpful to me at all -no eye contact, greeting or question on who is purchasing. Then, she put down the wrong name & account number on the purchase order sheet as my husband only. He left the area with our son to browse. I went to customer service to purchase by myself and was told I need to find Bailey again to correct the information on the sheet as she had the wrong account # & name on the form. Once we found her again and I explained what I was told by the customer service office , she said "It's okay you didn't know, you don't have to wait here while I fix this and just stand there." Wasting more time - We walked the nearby section. Then she said she actually does need my information- Of course! That's why I had my card & ID out to begin with since the beginning and the 2nd time around why I came to find her to correct it. By this time the process seemed so unprofessional & unorganized and not like the service you'd expect when making a big purchase. We ended up leaving and I would rather buy a couch & shelf elsewhere. Service - in store people were not pushy and gave us space to browse without being followed too bad. Impossible to freely browse at any furniture store from my experience Selection - great variety for all things, we bought a couch here. Affordability - not great, generally priced out of everything as it felt 2-3x other stores. We got better deals on beds and other furniture we bought at bob's Delivery - the people were rude, new home and we asked them to wear booties on their shoes and they immediately refused saying it was against policy for safety reasons. Even if that was true he could've stated it in a much nicer tone. The guy also couldnt understand how i wanted the couch laid out, despite me explaining it to him several times even with the couch there. I ended up doing it myself since they didn't want to help. Ok lots of great looking furniture. Very nice displays. Kind service personnel. Why not sure. Our first purchase here was nice and easy. However after purchasing a rather expensive leather sofa. When it was delivered we noticed the next day the leather had wrinkles in the back and on the front back rests. RC Willet was very polite to send a replacement out. We were so happy. Ok today the replacement came and the delivery guys saw and decided to unpack it before bringing inside. Glad they did because the replacement was in worse condition than the sofa we received. That was the comment the delivery guys said. We are rather concerned about the products that may be delivered. We were offered a small refund to just accept it but I really think I'm not too happy about the quality of items sold. I have seen commercials about RC Willey and looked like high quality products. I would just finish by saying carefully check your product and check other places for similar items. Also about exchanges or replacement. But the store has great items to give an idea of decorating. It's not always about money either, customer service will also go a long way in keeping a loyal buyer. Purchased an Electrolux Clothes dryer online, and I am not sure which "store" is responsible, Sac or Roseville. I Was scheduled for delivery today, and it did arrive, albiet 2 hours beyond delivery window which caused me to miss an appointment. That was annoying, but the real problem was the promised "installation" I paid for. It was nonexistant. When they removed my old dryer, which had a drain tube connected, they refused to unscrew the clamp to disconnect, saying they did not know what it was. They said I had a steam dryer. I do not. I disconnected it for them, then they noticed the new dryer had the VERY SAME hose, and I said well it looks like you need to connect it the way the other one was, and they refused. He then turned the power on WITH THE SHIPPING PACKAGING STILL INSIDE THE DRYER drum, styrofoam and all. He said it needed too run a 60 minute initial cycle, and ran out the door! I noticed that the start light was flickering, and realized that the packaging was still inside and that the drum was not turning! Who knows, he may have shorted out the motor. I turned the power off, and called customer service, only to be told that there was nothing they could do, and did I try to remove the packaging?. I said no, that was their job, and since the unit may now be damaged, I don't want to touch it. I asked that they send someone out immediately to install it as promised, or in the alternative, come and get it. They said they could set and appointment for a week from today. Sorry, unacceptable. I've already waited a week, and I should not need to get back in line so to speak behind purchasers who came after me due to their error. She said no. I told her I'd be contacting an installer to come out and do what their people should have done and will send them a bill. JUST DONT BUY FROM THEM! BAD CS, INCOMPETENT INSTALLERS - THESE ARE JUST DELIVERY GUYS WHO KNOW HOW TO INSERT A PLUG. NOTHING MORE. read more

This place is amazing! I really wish we had one of these in San Jose. Moving to Sacramento, my boyfriend told me to check RC Wiley out when I mentioned wanting all new furniture for the bigger house I moved into. We had the pleasure of working with Jett, no pressure just friendly knowledge. He got us set with both a full living room and dining set, plus side tables. The selection is great. It doesn't feel dated and you can really picture your style with their showrooms. Couldn't have been happier! Delivery was a breeze and the policy of free delivery within a year if you choose to purchase anything additional for your home is great. After a long search, I finally found a chair that met our needs. Before ordering two, I confirmed with the salesman that they were in stock. While I was standing there, he confirmed their local availability and together scheduled a delivery date. Prior to my delivery date, RC Willey confirmed the date with me at least two times. The night before, I received a two-hour delivery window and I made arrangements to be available. But when that window passed and no one showed up, I called for an update--only to be told, "Oh, those chairs are actually on backorder. No one called you?" After 30 minutes of being bounced around on the phone, I reached the sales manager. He was apologetic and offered a small discount, but ultimately couldn't give me anything more than an estimate of when the chairs might arrive locally--then it would be an unknown amount of time to be put back on the delivery schedule. After losing complete trust in their inventory & delivery systems, I asked for a refund instead. The entire process was frustrating. It's shocking that a business this size doesn't have a working inventory system. And, on top of that, they have no checks and balances with their delivery side of the business. Bottom line: Only shop here if you have endless time to sit around and wait for delivery drivers and are in no hurry to receive whatever you are buying. And if after reading this, you still think of shopping here....don't make the same mistake we made...keep your old furniture in place until your new arrives. Edit to add a response to the generic reply from RC Willey: this isn't a store issue. It's an issue of the entire organization. Your inventory system said there were chairs in stock. They weren't. Then, your delivery department confirms several times their delivery date and time when there was nothing to deliver. Then, when I call the phone number that I was given to call with questions about my delivery, I'm told they are on back order and then wait on hold for 30 minutes to be transferred to someone who has no idea why I was transferred to them. This is a complete breakdown in the organization, not the store itself. read more

For the past 12 years almost all of our furniture and appliances in our house have come from an RC Willey store. This location is large and two stories and has a good selection. It's divided up like all the other ones by not only the type of furniture, but the living areas of the house and what would be in those areas. They always have really good sales and prices and specials and have good financing plans. I know this location is new, but we have bought a few things from here and most of the time everything has gone as smoothly as it always did at the Roseville location. Apparently they have got a new computer system, and it has caused quite a bit of a headache for our last couches that we tried to order. It seems the communication between this location and if you have to pick up your furniture from somewhere else or if it's getting transferred from somewhere else has not been worked out yet and hopefully can be resolved soon. read more

RC Willey is one of my favorite places to shop for furniture. They have a great selection of furniture and I have purchased from them multiple times throughout the years. This last time we purchased a sectional sofa in March 2025 and had it delivered in April 2025.We have been very happy with the furniture and the customer service for our purchases. I went in today to talk with my Sale Associate Jett Racobs who helped us with our last purchase. Almost everytime I have ventured into the store lately, I have come across Jett. He always was pleasant to talk with, such a calm, peaceful, friendly and highly knowledgeable gentleman. It was so shocking and upsetting to receive the news today that Jett had passed away. I have only known Jett since meeting him that day in March when he helped us with our search for our sectional. Jett was the most knowledgeable person that I have ever met. When it involved questions about furniture, the construction, the materials used and just the furniture business in general, I found that he had this enormous wealth of knowledge and experience. I just wanted to let RC Willey and Jetts family know that I felt so blessed to have met Jett. He was such a genuinely nice and beautiful person. I think we were all so lucky to have known him. I had high hopes for RC Willey. I purchased a washer and dryer. They promised to price match. Three separate times the following issues: Twice damaged product/ inoperable washer that sounded like an airplane taking off. Third delivery they came had me look over my washer. Then after that then they tell me oh we don't have your dryer it didn't make transit. I got my money back and will take my business elsewhere. Other issues important to note: They did not fulfill a price match with Costco for the lg units which are after tax $2057. They charged me regular price at $2589. I found out when I did my return. That is very bad business practice. They say they have their own delivery team. However two out of the three deliveries was a third party contracted delivery service both who were awful. read more

For what its worth, mattress buying is a big deal. There are so many choices, features and price points. Thankfully we had the pleasure of meeting Jett during our visit. Jett was amazing! We appreciated his customer service, feedback and general interaction. No pressure in making a purchase, answered all of our questions and gave us his insightful opinions on mattresses we were considering and helped us find something that fit our needs and budget. He provided all the information regarding returns/exchanges which made us feel better that in the event we needed to exchange our mattress we wouldn't have to jump through hoops to do so. Great selection first off. Our first contact was with Sam Cyrus. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I gave Sam my phone number and he gave me his card so I could call or text with any questions. Over the next few weeks we looked at other stores and I had questions that he promptly answered. Keep in mind a salesman with your phone number usually pesters the crap out of you every other day, not Sam. We went back last Monday and we purchased the sectional that we first looked at. I have to say from start to finish this was by far the easiest and problem free large purchase we've ever made and I believe Sam was the main reason. They also have easy financing at 0% interest. I couldn't be more disappointed with the service provided by Fred and the RC Willey team. We purchased a high-end reclining sectional in mid-January and were informed at the time that it was on backorder. That was fine, it was exactly what we wanted, and we were willing to wait. More than four weeks later, the sectional was delivered, and that's when the problems began. Not all the pieces were delivered, and one of the expensive end chairs arrived scratched and damaged. Fred assured us in writing that everything would be taken care of, including a free replacement for the damaged chair. We didn't receive the missing piece until May 3rd. Now it's June, and we still haven't received the replacement chair that arrived damaged months ago. At this point, I'm seriously considering legal action. RC Willey has lost a customer, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same frustrating experience and lack of follow-through. read more

They've given me a broken couch that THEY got dirty, the replacement was sent dirtier and used looking.
