So my Dad purchased a starlift for my Mother whom we thought was coming home from rehab. 4 days after they installed it my mother passed away. We've tried contacting this company several times to see about return options as the lift has never been used and it's a constant reminder that my mother is never coming home. When Dad wanted to buy it they were very eager to communicate and now that we are all grieving we can't get anyone on the phone or answering emails. I am so impressed with this company! They went out of their way to make sure the elevator was up and running for a visit from a friend of mine from out of town who is disabled. The delays we had were from the contractors not completing items the correct way and then they had to be redone, Travis went out of his way to make sure his men were there and the elevator was operational before her visit. Just wanted to say how pleased my grandfather was with RCM, Glen specifically. Glen installed a stairlift for him. He said it's one of the best decisions he's made. The piece of mind is worth every penny, although their prices are very reasonable. My grandfather was also extremely impressed at how friendly, courteous, and professional Glen was.
