As I had no other way to verify this, I took them at their word and accepted their explanation. For full transparency, however, it is worth noting that this communication came less than 24 hours after I had posted my initial review. The repair technician arrived at my home the same day, and spent approximately 90 minutes going back over the previous repair work and going much more in-depth in this second go-round. After completing the work, he explained what he did, what he found, and then ran a cycle through my dishwasher. The next day, I ran another cycle, and the leaking issue had been fixed. As I am someone who does believe in giving people and businesses second chances and opportunities, and because I have seen them perform excellent and professional work before (see my original review), I am likely to give them my business at least once more to see that this experience is an outlier and not their typical course of business.

I had water in the pan... why? The fan died. So my unit was freezing the dead fan & when it thawed, the water would fill the pan, set off the sensor and kill the power. Also, my unit is old. I bought the house 7 years ago and the AC was already there. I know the last owner. He didn't install it either. Ben got the right motor in 1 day. The price was perfect. I googled the motor price and he charged me the bottom dollar. I even had him over to flush the coil 2-days later. One Husqvarna which shuts off when mowing, he operated it in my presence and same thing happened. The other is a Craftsman. I told him the craftsman was leaking gas. He took both and he brought back the Husqvarna after two weeks or so. When he brought it and I started it the same noise I was hearing was noticed. I told him something is still wrong he said he fixed it and I said okay. The following day I was unable to use it and he came back 4 days to pick it up. I asked him about the craftsman and told him not to fix it again since he told he could get it to start and stopped the leaks and for him to return it when He returned the Husqvarna as well. After about a month he brought back the Husqvarna and not the craftsman and I have been asking him to bring back the craftsman because even the Husqvarna that he brought back was useless and I can't use it. He refused and has been holding my machine hostage. I have called and texted him several times to no avail. He told me that I have to pay for diagnostic fee. I told him I would not pay such because I told him the problem before he picks up and with the unsatisfactory of the Husqvarna I asked him earlier on to returned it because he told me that he has not worked on. Please do not do business with him. It's a shame that this happened to me. Customer service is the heart of any business and to want to deceive people because you want to pay your bills is bad because that's all he tells me that he has to pay his bills but I have paid him for the Husqvarna that's not even working and he wants me to pay him for something that I knew the diagnosis and I told him and since his work was not satisfactory earlier on, I asked him to plead dropped off the other one and not fix it.
