The receptionist was rude and condescending, telling him that if he wasn't sure about his insurance, she wouldn't "waste her time" scheduling his appointment. This was his first time scheduling on his own, and a little patience and empathy would have made all the difference. We'll gladly take our business to the kind and professional staff across the street!

They had days to recheck my insurance information and notify me of not being in network as they had told me. So beware using this company ....they lied to me and then failed to tell me not once but twice. I feel this was a scam to get more money.
