It needed tuned as I was experiencing a performance(carb) issue, an electrical issue, and a cooling issue. I also wanted to upgrade some parts. Aaron diagnosed all issues, made recommendations on repair and sourcing parts, allowed me to order parts from EBay or other sources as needed. He kept me apprised of the labor costs as he discovered items needing repair. A master motorcycle seat tailor…read more A motorcycle garage shop that builds, modifies and repairs motorcycle seats for your ride. Also atvs, snowmobile and other riding type seats. The process starts with a phone call. Ryan will ask about your motorcycle year, make and model to get an idea of the project. He will ask you about the issues with the bike seat's comfort, stiffness, shape, stock or custom. He asks a bit more detail about you and your bike. Next is setting up an appointment while you are still on the phone. Typically he works with only one client each day. He focuses on your motorcycle seat. Estimate appointment time is 4 to 6 hours. So when you go in, Ryan will tie your bike into a rack and start walking over your seating position while you are sitting on your own bike. He will ask about pressure points, comfort areas, positioning, etc. Ryan is a great communicator and he lets you know what he is planning to improve on your seat and his process including pulling the seat apart, identifying the contents, the process and additional materials. Your presence is highly encouraged so he can involve you in the custom fitting of each phase of the seat to your needs and your wants. For my seat, we had about five sitting's and conversations about comfort and pressure points. (See the photos) He shaped the existing foam with pocket to move me into a more neutral position. Originally the seat pushed me forward into the tank. Then he carved a pocket adjacent to my tailbone to ease pressure. Then Ryan started on the layers of memory foam. This project took three layers, flat base, one middle, and one top and side layer. Each being cut and shaped and added back approximately one and a half inches of memory come for comfort. Ryan reused my existing third-party leather/synthetic leather seat cover. He can replace the cover according to your needs with other material design choices. Including leather, alligator, or other materials. (Delays may be needed if materials asked are not on hand). I road down from the Portland area to get my seat rebuilt. Working with Ryan (he did all the real work), we spent four hours on this project. Final results, I'm able to ride my Scout for a hours longer with a great reduction in pressure points and pain. UPDATE: I road my scout to the coast along a windy mountain road, so cool. The seat performance was exceptionally comfortable! THANK YOU Ryan.

During one service I prepaid for parts and they accidentally charged me a second time for the parts... They noticed it before I did and handed me the difference right out of the till. Their prices are reasonable, and in fact the rear tire I bought recently was cheaper there than it was online. The work they do is excellent, and the guys are very knowledgeable. One downside: I'd rather buy here than the other shops in town but they don't stock a whole lot of parts, mostly tires and basic oil/filters, although they are able to order almost anything.

I wanted a professional with more know how than myself to help me fix a lean surge. I had a long talk with one employee who took notes for the technician explaining what I had done already with no improvement. I was ready to pay them However many hours it took even if it needed a complete rebuild. It was only a few days later they finished and called me. The technician never heard about the notes taken and just changed the pilot jet one size. I did eventually figure out that my float level was way off and it runs perfect now. I know they are a very skilled capable shop but it seemed like they just didn't have time for my old bike. I still buy oil and accessories there but probably won't have any more service done.

When I discovered Pro Mobile and gave them a call, Brandon told me they didn't really work on RVs. I don't know what made me think to ask, but I asked about the "chasis down" part of the RV and he said no problem. We had them inspect all four corners, including wheels, bearings, brakes, engine compartment, etc... everything that makes a mobilehome "mobile" They replaced all the old scary stuff with new stuff (alternator, fuel sensor, turn signal wand, wiring, bushings, etc) and gave us the security that "Bert" wouldn't leave us stranded down the road. We are so happy with their personal service, helpful attitudes, and extremely proficient repair. Highly recommend this place for the motor part of your motorhome!
