I first started training down in NJ while I was stationed there for the military. When I moved back…read moreto the New England area I had to find a new gym to train at. I was an amateur MMA fighter and a blue belt in BJJ, and I wanted to find a place that I could continue to train BJJ and MMA and progress as a fighter. I did a ton of research to find a gym that could help me reach my goals and Triumph BJJ seemed to be the best fit. They had lots of good fighters that were competing and winning so I figured they had to be doing something right, so I ended up joining and I am glad I did. I have been training here since then, about 2 and a half years ago. Their Schedule can't be beat offering high level training in BJJ 7 days a week and Striking (Boxing or Muay Thai) most days of the week and led by quality instructors. Also, they just moved into a giant brand new facility with massive amounts of mats space, a full sized mma cage and brand new heavy bags and striking equipment. The classes range from fundamental to high paced competition classes, and there is a wide variety of students with many higher belts on the mats each night and also plenty of white belts. So whether you're already experienced or brand new you will fit right in. Whether you are looking to try bjj or mma for a fun way to get in shape, or to learn to defend yourself, or if you have goals of competing in BJJ or MMA, Triumph is the place to do it. Come check it out!

And apprehensive about what to expect? Dismiss that thought. You'll be welcomed by a crew of amazing people. This is a huge gym, easily the largest in NH, more than likely New England... might even be a contender for the country. If you've been interested in learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, do not hesitate to reach out to Triumph. You'll be glad you did!

On top of…read moreall that I struggled with self image issues and anger/ insecurity issues, coach kosta truly believed I needed to be there. Overall I must say the first day was the last time I'd attend a normal gym primarily. I take the adult Muay Thai classes and I'll say right now, all those years of hurt, sadness, and anger were all gone with the first punch, and it makes you want to come back again and again! The whole coaching staff is absolutely amazing as well as the fighters they have. Everyone wants you to be a better you!! I love coming here and look forward to someday competing with/for them. All in all, this place saved me. And I'll forever be grateful for coach Kosta, Scott & Ibere

WRONG! I tried for years to go to the low cost gyms but I never saw the results I wanted. At Sitsuphan you get results! Sitsuphan got me in the best shape of my life which I owe to their top notch coaching staff. The coaches/trainers at really help you get in shape and keep you motivated. They also have a number of classes and in the variety training that worked for my hectic schedule. I highly recommend you give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

I still really want…read moreto like this place because all the research I did made me believe I was going to get an authentic training experience which can be tough to obtain. The trainers were nice enough, but it was disappointing that during the workout they seemed very distracted. It was difficult to focus on the warm up exercises they assigned while they were gossiping about students with each other. I believe the trainers are knowledgeable and I would get a good education, but the lack of focus and lax attitude just really made me unmotivated to go back. If you are not excited about Muay Thai then how can you make me excited? I also didn't like that they are somewhat secretive with their pricing scheme. I asked several times about price and was never given a straight answer. Makes it seem less legitimate. UPDATE: The owner reached out to me and I got the impression my experience was the exception and not the rule. Having said that I have already moved on to a new exercise venue and won't be giving sitsuphan another chance, but I am going to upgrade my rating to reflect my interaction with the owner.

Our daughter absolutely LOVES Dojo Sante. I cannot say enough good things about it. I would without…read morereservation recommend DOJO SANTE to anyone. When we decided to enroll our daughter in karate we went to visit many of the local karate schools so that we could see how they operate, the class size, cleanliness, and overall feel. We liked Dojo Sante the best overall. Our daughter also picked Dojo Sante on her own too, and said she felt the most comfortable there. What we found was the class size at Dojo Sante was smaller, the kids get a lot of individual attention, and they are great motivators. The karate instructors know all of the kids names, and they really want to see them do well. They teach the kids to be respectful, stay focused, and to be grateful. The way they run the class, plus the small class size, leads to a great group of kids that all know each other and take the sport seriously. Our daughter loves it there, and she loves all the friends that she has made. Sensei Matt, also hosts special "parents night out" parties and events for the kids around holidays. We would highly recommend these too. Its worth noting that top to bottom the place is super clean. Our daughter has blossomed since enrolling, she has grown in her confidence, and able to focus. Overall Dojo Sante is just the type of karate school that we were looking for, and we look forward to seeing you there!

My six year old son has been studying at Dojo Sante Martial Arts for about 10 months now and…read moreoverall the experience has been amazing. I'm truly awed by how much he has gotten out of studying at Dojo Sante, particularly around leadership, helping others, mindfulness and gratitude. Additionally, the confidence he has gained from knowing how to defend himself in tough situations is invaluable. On the Dojo Sante website under the "Our Promise" section it states that they "strive to teach each class as if it were the most important class that we will ever teach" and this (along with rest of the promise) is true and fulfilled by the instructors. The owner/primary instructor (Sensei Matt) has a gift for working with kids and with his type of charisma should be hosting a kids show. Along those lines he does do a weekly "Sensei Sunday" video post on Facebook where he'll talk about a topic (being prepared, showing gratitude, etc.) and then discuss it with the students during class to reinforce the concepts. Then while classes are in session I especially admire how he takes the time to call out each student for something positive and work with them individually, while also managing the class as a whole. Along with Sensei Matt are a few other instructors who are also awesome at working with the students and provide excellent leadership while helping the students develop their skills. Additionally sometimes students from his leadership club will assist with classes, which is an awesome teaching method for both my son and the student from the leadership club. In addition to regular classes there are many special events throughout the year at the Dojo such as hosting drop off the kid/date night, summer camps and lots of other cool things. The facilities are nice, clean, well taken care of and have an overall good feel. Overall I highly recommend Dojo Sante, well worth checking out.
