I first started training down in NJ while I was stationed there for the military. When I moved back…read moreto the New England area I had to find a new gym to train at. I was an amateur MMA fighter and a blue belt in BJJ, and I wanted to find a place that I could continue to train BJJ and MMA and progress as a fighter. I did a ton of research to find a gym that could help me reach my goals and Triumph BJJ seemed to be the best fit. They had lots of good fighters that were competing and winning so I figured they had to be doing something right, so I ended up joining and I am glad I did. I have been training here since then, about 2 and a half years ago. Their Schedule can't be beat offering high level training in BJJ 7 days a week and Striking (Boxing or Muay Thai) most days of the week and led by quality instructors. Also, they just moved into a giant brand new facility with massive amounts of mats space, a full sized mma cage and brand new heavy bags and striking equipment. The classes range from fundamental to high paced competition classes, and there is a wide variety of students with many higher belts on the mats each night and also plenty of white belts. So whether you're already experienced or brand new you will fit right in. Whether you are looking to try bjj or mma for a fun way to get in shape, or to learn to defend yourself, or if you have goals of competing in BJJ or MMA, Triumph is the place to do it. Come check it out!

If you've been interested in learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, do not hesitate to reach out to Triumph. You'll be glad you did!

On top of…read moreall that I struggled with self image issues and anger/ insecurity issues, coach kosta truly believed I needed to be there. Overall I must say the first day was the last time I'd attend a normal gym primarily. I take the adult Muay Thai classes and I'll say right now, all those years of hurt, sadness, and anger were all gone with the first punch, and it makes you want to come back again and again! The whole coaching staff is absolutely amazing as well as the fighters they have. Everyone wants you to be a better you!! I love coming here and look forward to someday competing with/for them. All in all, this place saved me. And I'll forever be grateful for coach Kosta, Scott & Ibere

No matter what kind of day you have, come to class and leave it on the floor. Thank you to Ibere and the rest of the coaches/ teammates at Team link. I'm sure like most, I was intimidated of the thought of going to a Muay Thai gym to get in shape…read more I mean it's just easier to go to a gym and jump on an elliptical for an hour while watching TV, right? WRONG! I tried for years to go to the low cost gyms but I never saw the results I wanted. At Sitsuphan you get results! Sitsuphan got me in the best shape of my life which I owe to their top notch coaching staff. The coaches/trainers at really help you get in shape and keep you motivated. They also have a number of classes and in the variety training that worked for my hectic schedule. I highly recommend you give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

I went in with high hopes. A lot of the reviews make this place sound great. I still really want…read moreto like this place because all the research I did made me believe I was going to get an authentic training experience which can be tough to obtain. The trainers were nice enough, but it was disappointing that during the workout they seemed very distracted. It was difficult to focus on the warm up exercises they assigned while they were gossiping about students with each other. I believe the trainers are knowledgeable and I would get a good education, but the lack of focus and lax attitude just really made me unmotivated to go back. If you are not excited about Muay Thai then how can you make me excited? I also didn't like that they are somewhat secretive with their pricing scheme. I asked several times about price and was never given a straight answer. Makes it seem less legitimate. UPDATE: The owner reached out to me and I got the impression my experience was the exception and not the rule. Having said that I have already moved on to a new exercise venue and won't be giving sitsuphan another chance, but I am going to upgrade my rating to reflect my interaction with the owner.

I had a positive workout this evening. A quick run at the circuit followed by a shower. The fitness…read morecenter is clean and tidy. It's quite large with plenty of treadmills and ellipticals and all sorts of other torture devices. On a Thursday morning at 9am, it was quite empty and I not only didn't have to wait to access machines, I didn't even have anyone next to me. That's a plus. The shower was good. A decent spray of hot water and I was relaxed. The locker room was clean with no trash on the floor and a trash bin that wasn't overflowing. The aerobic machines are great and there are plenty of them, but if you're interested in strength…read moretraining, forget it. You'll spend way more time standing around watching people (men and women) sitting on the machine and flipping through their phones in between sets. I've never seen the staff pay the slightest attention to this. The stretching area has filled up with apparatus, so it's difficult to find a place to stretch. I'd love to give this 1 star, but the aerobic equipment is decent. I'm editing this review to remove two of the three starts I awarded PF based on the response. It is the staff's responsibility to make sure that things are running smoothly and that people aren't waiting for someone to finish looking at their phone to get on a machine. This is a management/culture issue.
