Polite, hardworking, affordable, responsive, and thorough. Under-promised and over-delivered. I am shocked that I am only the second person to leave a Yelp review of this company! Don't let the lack of reviews turn you off (50+ reviews on home advisor, 99% 5 stars). I posted a project need on Yelp and Ivan (the owner) responded within minutes. Next morning he came for an estimate (complete house perimeter weeding/policing and hedge trimming). Price was good and Ivan and his teammate got to work right away. 2+hrs later, my house is manicured. They even did areas I didn't point out! Trust me, these guys were working hard and it really shows. I asked Ivan if I needed mulch and he honestly reported that I didn't instead of needlessly upselling. As they were leaving, I inquired about some tree trimming (2 trees) and he offered to do it on the spot for a fair price. All in all was $450 and the amount of weeds/branches they hauled away was massive. My home is staged to sell on the outside! (not selling, but it would photo real well!).
