They told me to wait until Monday when the owner was back. I told them I had to bring it back and the trip total both days was 60 miles for me. I then bought a year old bale from 2022 to not come back empty handed after spending all my time and gas. This hay is dusty. They did not offer me a discount for my troubles or major inconvenience. The owner then called me on a restricted line a couple of days later so I couldn't see who was calling or call back. I answered the second time , uncomfortable answering from a restricted number and he was angry that I had written him a poor review on Google and demanded that I take it down. He was very rude and degrading, didn't discuss my hay quality concerns. He called angry and upset with me because he didn't like my review and offered me $20 to take it down. He was very rude, degrading, and angry not about a customer having a poor experience but because he didn't like getting a bad review. I will not come back to this business not due to the poor hay but due to how degrading and rude and argumentive the owner was to me. He was very inappropriate to call a customer and be so rude and angry to them. Maybe listen to your customer , understand where they are coming from instead of being so emotional and upset at them. More concerned about the bad review than the customer's actual experience and product quality. No reason to go back and do business with someone like that.

We stumbled upon Earth Treasure which is a rock shop/antique store combination. The first thing we noticed was the front fence it is created with old tools, bike gears,etc all welded together. Karen the owner, was so friendly and helpful. I wanted 2 particular types of polished stones and Karen took the extra time to find what I requested. She said she has had shops in the area since the 1970's. We are glad we took the time to explore the original historic Keystone.
