I arrived on time, but I was greeted by a young man named James, who I believe was an assistant. He informed me that Huey was still out to lunch. Unfortunately, his extended lunch was more important than attending a scheduled meeting with a new client. James was very helpful and professional in assisting me with the intake of my tax documents. He took my information, and told me that I would receive an email notifying me of any additional documents needed. I went home and waited for the email. After about a day, I called the office. It went straight to voicemail, and I left a message asking for the email I was told I'd receive. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any email, so a couple days later I called again, got the voicemail, and left another message asking for a follow-up. I've received zero communication back. Disappointingly, this was a total waste of time for me, and despite the positive reviews I read on the Yelp.com page for this business, I was totally ghosted by them after investing my time in trying to become a new client of theirs. Unless you enjoy wasting time and being ghosted, I do not recommend this business to any new clients. Update: About a week after writing this review, the owner of the company contacted me. They admitted to everything I wrote. Their excuse for Huey's extended lunch was that he had a stroke, and their excuse for not returning my calls was that they were having a new carpet installed. They then tried to bribe me into deleting my review by offering to do my next year's taxes free of charge. Attached is a screenshot of the text offering the bribe. Trying to bribe a client to pull an accurate review is a dishonest and shady business practice. All the more reason to avoid this place.

Despite being told my 2019 tax returns were handled and filed by Jonathan (See photo), I discovered in 2024 via an IRS letter that they were never actually filed. After confirming this with the IRS, I had to hire a CPA to resolve the issue, resulting in significant penalties and interest. Also spending time and effort for this mess. I spent a lot of time speaking with the IRS many times. Avoid this company at all costs. I dealt with Jonathan, Samantha, Silvia, and Mason, all of whom were unresponsive and unprofessional. After dozens of calls and emails, they finally refunded my filing fee ($1500) but refused to cover the heavy penalties and interest their negligence and obvious fault caused me. I hired the lawyer to file lawsuit and will also report them to the IRS. I am also in contact with other victims of not filing (listed below) to join my lawsuit. My lawyer told me that they had multiple businesses with bad reviews and reputations in LA before they started business in Norand California. Don't let them scam you too. AVOID HERE.
