I had heard of Two French Hens Estate Sales through a close family member but I had no idea what to expect. I spoke with the owner of the business, Cindy Comins, who agreed to organize and perform a complete estate sale of the contents of my brother's home. She and her husband, Roger, worked for several months, beginning this past December, 2013, to sale time in February, 2014. They did a fantastic job, and not only sold almost everything in the house, including my brother's enormous digital pipe organ worth about $55,000 and his baby grand piano, but also kitchen items, comic books, trains, clothing, valuable art work, Stickley furniture, antique crystal and thousands of other items. Besides staging a four day sale in the dead of winter, they sold on ebay, Craig's list, auctions and personal advertisements. I owe Cindy and Roger my peace of mind during a very difficult time, and they even polished the floors and deep-cleaned the house prior to putting it up for sale. Due to their professionalism and attention to detail, when I put the house up for sale the day after the estale was over, I received a offer on the house on the first showing. BUYER BEWARE! We…read morepurchased a home owned by Results Realty and what a huge mistake we made trusting them. We were first time homebuyers and everything went well until the French drain that they were supposed to have repaired by a licensed plumber ended up failing and flooding our garage and finished basement. Casey at Results Realty tried to blame us for not taking care of the French drain and denied any responsibility. Needless to say we spend $10,000 and had the drain repaired. To our surprise we found out there was never a French drain to begin with-- just a shallow pit that quickly overflowed and flooded our house. The neighbors reported this happened all the time before we bought the house as well so this was not caused by our lack of care or attention in any way, shape, or form. Since they owned the property for at least 6 months I'm sure they were well aware of this as well. In addition to not having the drain repaired, they provided fraudulent receipts and no work was every done on the drain before we purchased it. Now we're stuck in this house wondering what else the seller lied about. We've already had to redo some of the other minor repairs from the addendum as well. If you are considering getting into any sort of business agreement with this company, think twice.
