We wanted to work with her based on her sales history within this past year. At the time, her profile showed 59 sales. She had great reviews and with 16 years of experience, we wanted to work with someone who is a seasoned agent. Hubby did most of the correspondences and all were answered immediately. Being first time sellers, we had tons of questions, especially the whole logistic with living out of state. Angie assured us that she's worked with several out of state clients and explained the process to us. All the paperwork was done electronically, so that part of the process was super convenient. She did a home evaluation with my nephew and pointed out the updates that were needed. At that time we were not clear that the updates were pretty much required but we had thought they were just suggestions. Our plan was to do what we could and give credit for what wasn't finished. My nephew did what he could to help us out, but as the weeks passed and due to the amount of updates, we were eager to finish things up so we drove up there on Labor Day weekend in hopes of finishing up what we could. That was when we meet with Angie in person for the first time. She was personable and straight forward. She reiterated the updates and made us realize they're really not optional, such as painting the wood trim. She explained the painting is necessary since houses with peeling paint can not be shown to certain buyers, and we wanted to appeal to all buyers. Once the updates were completed, Angie set up a professional photographer to take photos for the listing which is included with her fees. We had an offer after two weeks and man, they tried to low ball us. It was ridiculous. We countered back and forth and finally came to an agreement. In hindsight, we probably would have gotten back more if we listened to Angie, but were motivated sellers and didn't want to lose out on the deal. Any problems that occurred along the way (and there were many), Angie went above and beyond took care of them all. She is a workaholic and provided excellent service. Despite a personal emergency towards the end, she still did not let up on the follow-ups and stayed on top of the file no matter. We would highly recommend her.

The Home Buying Process and the Importance of Choosing the Right Realtor If you're buying a home with a mortgage, the process can be much more complicated than you might expect. There are countless documents to provide, lender requirements to meet, and many details to keep track of. That's why I believe choosing a trustworthy and capable realtor is one of the most important decisions you'll make. A few friends who had recently bought homes recommended Biekhal to me. I initially contacted her simply to learn more about the home-buying process. After asking me a few questions about my financial situation, she told me we could begin right away. Honestly, I couldn't believe it. At the time, I only had a few thousand dollars in my pocket. Owning a home in the United States seemed like something far beyond my reach. Handling Challenges One of the qualities I appreciated most was Biekhal's ability to stay calm and positive during stressful moments. there were moments when I became overwhelmed and even considered giving up. Whenever that happened, Biekhal stayed calm, focused on solutions instead of problems, and kept encouraging me. She reminded me that these setbacks were simply part of the process.
