Stephanie talked to us about the deconversion process and possible timelines and even went on record to our condo board about what she has seen deconversions promise residents as well as what they usually deliver. Her testimony helped change some votes in our building and resulted in us staying in our homes. I was endlessly grateful she was so willing to go over and above for us that way. I even contacted his managing broker (Gary Jacklin, who laughed it off when I mentioned Super Realtor ) then nothing. To top it off, during our final walkthrough, Frank took a key from the counter, he said just in case there is not one at the closing (he never showed at the closing). We changed the locks.
