Whether it was life events such our first child, irregular home inspection findings or unpredictable sellers; Pete and his father Joe never showed fatigue and never tried to rush us into anything. At times I had to scratch my head and wonder how such dedication could be profitable but Pete and Joe work on the "client first" principle placing profits second to people. I had only wanted a 60 day listing he put 6 months on the listing agreement, locking me in til December 2022 with another 60 added, so in April 2023 my home will be free of his clutches and able to sell again.
