Sheryl's cooking is amazing... Homemade jams and jellies, farm fresh dairy and eggs, everything is delicious!
    Liz P.

My friend and I stayed here for the weekend. Steve and Sheryl were very warm and welcoming and even had balloons and a cake for our friend's birthday. We had a delicious breakfast in the morning, including eggs from their chickens and ingredients from their garden. It was a short drive from whiskey row and we can't wait to go back.

Your own private yard and entrance Dog friendly!! Yay

Great place to stay in the Prescott area. We found this on booking.com. Started off with a plugged…read moretoilet but from there things went well. Property manager came out to fix the toilet. We met some great people while we were there from residents that live there to the people who stayed in the unit next to us. Unit is very quaint and as my wife described it as Rustic chic. The bed was very comfortable and the units kitchen was well stocked for most everything you need. We cooked several breakfasts and one dinner and we had all we needed to complete those tasks. All the people we met and were associated with during our stay were first rate and fun to be around. The owner is committed to true customer service and just an all around nice guy. We will definitely return to Apple Creek on our next trip to Prescott. We did stay in one of the units that had undergone a make over. So much to do and see in the area.

If you are looking for a place for you, and your pet, to catch a few hours of sleep, take a shower…read moreand leave, it's ok. The water is hot, the shower had a nice shower head on it. The parking was close to our room. We hope this place does improve. It has great potential. This is NOT a place to book if you actually want to spend time hanging out, eating, socializing, reading, watching TV, in the room. We stayed in the "original cottage." It was very rustic, and we like that. But, we couldn't spend the time in the room we had planned to. Here is why: 1. Newer furniture is in order, in spades. a. The furniture in our room was VERY, VERY old and worn out. My wife thought the sofa was from the 1970s or 1980s...and is so worn out that there is no support at all when you sink way down into the cushions. We are NOT large people, either. Each of us fit just fine in a vintage sports car. There is no way that I want to sit in the sofa in the room for more than a few uncomfortable minutes. Forget about talking, reading, or watching a movie in our room. b. The one "lounge" chair was so old and worn out that it is about to break apart. The cushions are worn out. After a few short minutes, the chair became a torture mechanism. c. The outdoor chairs are so old, that if one sat in them, it is likely one would crash on the pavement. Are those chairs from the 1960s? 1950s? And, they were filthy. We didn't have a washing machine available to clean our clothes were we to sit on those chairs. 2. One can only get in or out of the bed on one of it's two sides (due to small space). So one has to crawl over one's bed partner to get to the bathroom in the night. But, the lights in the bathroom are bright enough to grow weed, and therefore it's probable your bedmate will be awakened during the night. A night light for the bathroom would have helped a lot. 6. The Wifi access point is mounted to the ceiling within eyeshot of the bed. And, the indicator lights blink ALL night. As a ceiling-mounted device, one can't put something over the device to block the lights. Since the access point appears to me to uses POE (Power Over Ethernet), the owners should relocate that device away from the bed area. 7. The windows are well...so dirty that I doubt they have been cleaned in this century, and maybe never in the last century. Until my stay there, I have never seen cob webs growing INSIDE of window panes. Very Addams Family! 8. There are no screens on the windows, so opening them would not be wise, even it I wanted to touch the windows (and I didn't). And the screen door appears to about 60 years old. It does not close tightly to the frame, and so any attempt to get fresh air, invites flying insects. 9. The parking was very easy from our room, so it made it faster to load and unload our things, and our pet to/from the room. 10. If you have a dog, the grassy area is nice, and the poop can nearby was great. We always pick up after our dog, so the close-by can was great. 10. This is a "virtual" motel. No staff on-site. Phone support is in the USA, and was very polite. If that's something you like, you will be fine. If you want to get human, face-to-face service, this won't be your cup of tea. TO THE OWNERS: An excellent recommendation from my wife-The owners and managers should each spend at least 3 days/nights, in a row, in our room. That will give them a good task list to make the place much better for future guests. Again, we hope this place does improve. It has great potential.

We understand that they have 12 rooms each with their own bathroom. we really enjoyed seeing the different rooms, the sizes and the colors. They all have different names, They do have different price points and of course, depending on if it's during the week, weekend or even holidays. This place is located right downtown in the restaurant and bar area easy access to shopping eating and drinking We also found out that they have an indoor space as well as the outdoor event space. Many times walking past and we have seen plenty of people at the outdoor events. It is a really cool hotel and venue. As it turns out, they own this hotel, restaurants, and one of our favorite speakeasies down in the valley called the "White Rabbit ". I cannot wait to share this place with my out-of-town guest. I WOULD RECOMMEND

We were in Rough Riders which happens to be at the back stairwell so no other room on that side. The window faces opposite of the courtyard and not much view but that was fine for us. The AC was a little loud, but also fine for us as we like a little noise when sleeping. The bed was comfy and the 11:00 check out was great. There is not an ice maker but small bags of ice are available at the hydration station. There is no mini fridge or microwave but since it is on the row there are so many eateries within walking distance for all meal times. It was so nice and convenient that my daughter and I are heading back there soon!

After I returned home from another wonderful overnight stay at the Hassayampa last week, I discovered I left hanging clothes in our room's closet. I called the Inn and the young lady took my call (I'm sorry I can't recall her name) told me she would contact housekeeping and get back with me that day. 2 hours later I received the call back and was informed my clothes were there. This is when they went that extra step. She confirmed with me that my address on file was correct. Then she let me know they will be mailing my clothing to me, and at no charge!!!! Y'all, this is what excellent customer service and attention to detail is all about. If you are planning a trip to Prescott, please consider staying at the Hassayampa Inn. The accommodations are uniquely Southwestern in style and comfort. Well-appointed rooms, with great dining restaurant, a cozy, fun bar/lounge with wonderful music every evening. The Inn is within walking distance to Whiskey Row, the Courthouse, and lots of shops and restaurants. Staying there at Christmas is festive and magical too. Again, a big Thank You to all the staff and sending hugs too!

I've had many hotels allow for early check in if the rooms are available or for a small fee. So this policy felt inflexible. The room was very small but fine. The bathroom is tiny as well. The bed was not comfortable and quite noisy when moving. Staff didn't feel particularly friendly to me. Overall a quaint town but if i did return I would probably not choose this hotel.
