The one thing that I did notice with Knights is that my flight into Boston landed 20 minutes early and the Limo wasn't waiting for me he came 15 minutes after I did. I'm thinking they may not be monitoring our flights with Flight Aware like most of us do. All and all a good experience otherwise.

So we called back to ensure we hadnt simply been hung up on as we didnt want to wait 30 minutes for a cab that was never coming. We then received a lecture about not calling back a second time because their phone lines are busy and its confusing if we call twice. We politely explained that we simply wanted to ensure a cab was on its way to us and inquired about the wait and then experienced continued shaming and harassment for calling and being responsible. 40 minutes later there was still no cab so we called a final time at which point the woman who answered reported she did not have a cab reported as coming to pick us up on her list.. in other words we were right and our original call had not gone through as it should have. At this point we gave up and called a friend to drive us down town. When we exited the apartment building a cab pulled up from the company unannounced, no phone call or anything and we told them we didnt need it anymore, he never called my friends cell and there was no way we would have known he was there as we were never given a time slot. Never use this company, they treat customers like dirt and their service is INCREDIBLY slow.
