Not my wedding and yet they still managed to make me feel special and taken care of! I was one of the wedding guest to one of the wedding's they provided services to. Their client's had their wedding late July of 2023. I traveled from LA to PDX for this wedding and during this process a lot of packing and unpacking took place. All to say, that while I was sad to have lost my photo booth pics I was taken by suprise by Ready, Set, Pose PDX amazing customer service. I honestly thought nothing could be done. However, they are now working with me to get my photos sent out to my home address. I am deeply considering having a wedding, birthday, or literally any excuse to celebrate out in Portland JUST so that I can experience their top notch services and receive this over the top care all over again. Had a 50th birthday party for my wife, at the Monarch Hotel. Contracted with Ready Set Pose PDX to provide a photo booth. It wasn't actually a booth. They had a backdrop and a cool contraption that took pictures videos and sent them to everyone's phones, if they so chose. They also supplied funny signs, glasses and stuff to entertain. Was a success, as almost everyone took advantage. The girls running the photo unit were friendly and professional. They also appeared to be having a good time, as well as the guests.
