I reached out to several water softener companies to see if they would come check out our condo setup and see if it was even possible to install a system in our home. All of them except Waterlux refused to even come by and take a look. Over the phone the representative told me straight away she wasn't sure she could install it but she would still come look and test our water. She quickly found out that we didn't have very hard water but did have a large amount of chlorine. She recommended a chlorine filter and set us up for an install the following week. The installer was incredible! He was very nice and professional. Overall we couldn't be happier. My wife's skin started to clear up immediately. We would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a water filtration system or water softener system.

I changed the filter and noticed the cover had a broken tab. Figured the installer pushed too hard to make it fit. I called the owner for a replacement and after reluctance and many questions he finally ordered one. Two years later I get my first clogged drain pipe which should stop the AC with two float switches and it did not. Flooded my upstairs closet and garage below which caused LED lights to drop from ceiling to floor due to wet drywall in ceiling. I should have been on top of flushing the line and was not. Regardless the new unit failed miserably. I will cover the repairs out of pocket but would think something like this would work. I called the customer service agent, Allie, and explained the issue and she said she would talk to service manager. Never heard back. Called again spoke with service manager and he said he would talk to owner Naraine about covering the call since it wasn't working. I received a call right back stating Arnold (Naraine) said he shows no record of the AC being maintained every six months and would not cover it. This company is the last company I would pay for an ongoing maintenance contract. After spending $5600, whenever I asked for something it was questioned repeatedly or the fact I didn't buy a maintenance contract means this owner made a poor decision not to support a paying customer. I called my realtor who referred this company to let him know of my unpleasant experience. No service after the sale. How do you stay in business like that? I will use All Year Cooling as owner Tom Smith has replaced AC units at my rental properties. Tom, unlike Naraine, knows the value of taking care of the customer and making them a customer for life.

I had a party planned and people were coming over. They came out and got my AC temporarily running so we could do the party and came back in the morning to fix it permanently. Flash forward to yesterday. My AC is out. Having literally one of the worst weeks on record. I call. They pick up and call me by my name right away (what? Who keeps records that long?) They walk me through how to protect my AC until they can get to me. They ask me when I need them. We negotiate the best time. They communicate all the way through. They show up ON TIME. Immediately find the problem. Communicating all the way through. The manager comes to inspect the work. Before they leave the house is cool. I cannot possibly tell you how grateful I am. And although no one wants to spend a ton of money on anything, they really helped us out on the cost. Thank GOD for Monar Air!

The problem was really not theirs and they were very reasonably priced to fix my units. It seems that they continued to raise their prices and the quality of their work went downhill. I spent thousands of dollars and I mean thousands with them and the last incident was the last and I severed my relationship with them. It's too bad as I had a nice relationship with the owner but it seems like he became greedy and continued to raise price equal to or more then the major companies. I've always been one to support small businesses but it became an on going issue and instead of continuing to pay for different issues with the units they should have told me to replace them. The final straw was was 2 fold. They came and acid wash my blower motors and when they rinsed them off the residue made a trail on my newly high end grass and killed it. I like a gentlemen didn't say anything but took pictures. Two weeks later one of my AC units was blowing warm air. They came the next day and put in a 15.00 part which took them no longer then 15 minutes and sent me a bill for 350.00. It lasted 1 week and the unit quit again as the compressor was shot. I still have 6 years left on the Warrenty but it doesn't cover the labor which is very expensive as once they know your address the price can double if you live in a high end community. I was extremely disappointed as I liked the owner but he was now trying to take advantage of me and told me let's just forget about the bill and cut our ties and move on... Bye Bye! I suffered all weekend with one unit down but thankfully I have 2 other zoned units that kept the majority of my house cool with a few fans to move the air around. I felt like I was taken advantage of and being in business myself there is a lot of competition out there so you need to treat your customers correctly. I called Sam Jolley's Plumbing to find a water leak in the line coming from the meter to the house…read more The plumber Rolston Forrester came to my house in Palm Beach Gardens to find the leak. Took out his detection equipment and proceeded to try to locate the leak. After about 15 minutes set up and locating time He said he found the leak and let me listen on the head phones to the supposed water leaking out. He said it would cost me $1500 to fix the leak that he said was about 16" under the sod. I thought that was excessive. I decided to call another plumber to fix it they came out and dug where Rolston said the leak was, no leak. The new plumber from Drain to Drain Micheal Ennis dug down and found nothing, no leak at all. The water usage was a sprinkler zone valve on the north side of the house that was stuck open, Mike found it about 5 minutes. At the end of the job Mike charged me $500. for digging up non existent leak that Rolston said was there and would fix for $1500. and locating to actual leak that was about 100 feet away. He said that if he had not dug up the yard the bill would have been $150.00 including finding the real leak and the labor to fix the actual leak. Rolston was 100% scamming me with the BS of the leak in the yard. Mike thought that he merely turned up the volume on the head set to make the rumbling sound that I heard.

I had one phone conversation and literally within an hour, my spouse comes home to be greeted by a different neighbor who tells my husband that he just found out that we are buying the filtration system! I hadn't even spoken to my spouse about it but Carl or someone from his office thought it okay to discuss our private conversation. I let that go. Then it took MONTHS to get his business license and insurance info. We live in a HOA and I needed approval to get this done. Then when we finally get the docs, Carl and his tech drop off all of the equipment on the side of my house near the AC units - which sat for TWO MONTHS after they told me the install would be the next Wednesday morning. Then when the tech finally did the install, the guy had to dig through sand and rock and he deposited all of the sand and rock IN OUR LANDSCAPING - almost smothering the bushes. I had to remove all of it otherwise all of the hedges would have died (confirmed by our landscaper). So, Carl couldn't respond in a timely fashion in any other interaction, but showed up promptly about a week after the install with the bill, which we paid the nearly $3000 within a couple of days. Fast forward a few weeks, three of our hedges start turning a red/bronze color - they are dying because the tech directed a hose releasing who knows what into the landscaping. I call Carl to tell him and he assures me he will stop by immediately. He never shows. I call multiple times thereafter - no one answers the phone. I text. Nothing. I email him on 1/30/23 with a dozen photos - no reply. Mind you his office is a four minute drive from our community. Nothing...... So now the HOA is asking us about the landscaping replacement. Why do we have to incur the time and expense to repair/replace landscaping that was killed as a result of his installation technician's mistake???? He is the owner of the business and should make this right - stop by to see the issue and fix it. Reply to the email. Answer the phone calls or texts. I would NOT recommend this company. Do your research first and look at the reviews and the dates of the reviews. This was our mistake - we listened to one neighbor. They didn't even leave us guide to the system... Terrible business practices. Terrible customer service.

Meanwhile, water has been running nonstop from their own hose for 3 days, flooding my yard. I'll attach photos. When I asked for a refund and help, no one called me back. I feel completely let down. Unless they provide a real solution immediately, I'll start the process to remove the system and pursue this through legal channels. Would give zero stars if I could. Not recommended.
