I have been using this water delivery service since March 2020 when covid started & I haven't been let down yet. I have my water delivered on a monthly basis and every delivery has been made on time. The drivers are personable and give out samples of new products on occasion, which is a nice touch. I have a standard recurring order but I have the option to change it, or even skip a month, I do everything online and it couldn't be any easier. Calling customer service is fine too, but I do it online to avoid the wait. Hurricane season is quickly approaching and I am grateful I don't have to worry about running out to get water. One less thing to worry about works for me, because I have enough things on my plate. I love that they send you delivery reminders by text, that way if you need to make a change there is still time to do so. Billing is up to you; they can keep your card on file or send you an invoice. I like that they run my card after the delivery has been made. Tips are optional and can be made in person or online. I recommend Ready Refresh if you are looking for a delivery service. I have NOTHING GOOD to say about this company. The only reason they've had my business for almost 4 years is because they have a monopoly in my area and they know it. Price gouging comes to mind. They raise their fees every 2-3 months and their customer service stinks. I have NEVER missed a monthly payment. Last month, I inadvertently missed .93 cents when I paid online. 93 CENTS. This month, there is a $20. late fee on my bill for my .93 cent oversight. I immediately contacted them when i saw that - TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME. Talk about BAD BUSINESS. I am/was an excellent customer, despite their lousy service. In a year, they have been on time with delivery just TWO TIMES. All the other deliveries are late - not just a day or two, but a WEEK or TWO LATE. I have cases of water delivered because I physically can't carry cases from my car to my 2nd floor apartment. If I could give zero stars I probably would. I just realized that all my bills are incorrect. If you return 10 bottles they will just credit you eight even for example, it shows on the invoice that you returned 10 bottles But you will not get the credit.I just talked with a representative he promised me to send a refund for many years. This service is more of a nuisance rather than a convenience! You can never get a hold of anyone via email or phone. They never deliver within the specified timeframe, they only deliver at the time that's convenient for them, it does not matter what your business hours are! I've been trying to cancel my service for over a week and cannot get in touch with anyone. I have a feeling I'm going to need to do a chargeback. This company is unethical. We canceled our water delivery and business two months ago. We have emails from them saying they will pick up their water dispenser from two months ago. They still keeping billing us while saying they will pick up the water dispenser. We have repeatedly ask them to pick it up. Every week is a new excuse. Do not do business with them. This is the worst water delivery company ever. They make promises to deliver with in specific timeframe and never show up. Then they text and call to change the date. I waited for more than 6 hours for a delivery. Then they text and call changing the date again!! On a holiday weekend I have to go out and purchase water for my family. Ever since this company took over Zephyrhills, customer service went straight down the toilet. This company just can't be bothered. 20 years, we could call in an order, and have it fullfilled in 48 hours. We're a business, and when we need water, we need it. We called this morning, and their sales rep that they weren't delivering in our area for a month. We then went back through their system, and using the online service, we got a partial order in for Monday; five days is better, but we're still going to run dry before the weekend is through. We call again, and "customer service" tells us that while they have a warehouse full of water, they don't have anyone scheduled to deliver in Fort Lauderdale this week. All this tells me is that this company doesn't want our business. And guess what? We're going to grant their wish. read more

Terrible customer service! Avoid at all cost. I have been a long time customer with Ready Refresh by Nestle. I placed an order totaling over $600 dollars. They delivered the same order 3 times within a period of a month in a half. I called them multiple times asking them to pick up the 2 extra orders. They refuse to and are billing me for all 3 orders.
