This review is about PRIMO HOME DELIVERY WATER SERVICE which recently bought out the Ready Refresh water delivery company. If I could give PRIMO WATER minus stars, I would do so. This home delivery service has been a complete joke. Our delivery dates have been scheduled and rescheduled many times. These deliveries were to be delivered between certain hours, for which hours we have rearranged our plans so as to be at home for the deliveries. These scheduled deliveries have been routinely missed (The last 4 in a row) without any notification nor explanation. If you are relying on Primo for your water needs, expect to be left high and dry! Trying to resolve the issue is a test of patience, resolve and endurance. Be prepared to spend over 30 minutes on hold, only to be connected to an outsourced agent who cannot offer any solutions (I have spoken to an outsourced agent multiple times) and who has no authority nor ability to actually fix anything . You'll get plenty of empty promises, apologies and vague reassurances, but those have only left us with no water. You will be left waiting for water that does not arrive. It is baffling to me how a service that provides such a basic necessity, can be so poorly managed, unprofessional and indifferent to their customers time and needs. I strongly urge anyone who is thinking of engagine PRIMO WATER for their needs, to LOOK ELSEWHERE. You'll save time, money and a mountain of unnecessay aggravation. read more

They keep delivering water and billing me after I canceled my service. I have called and emailed repeatedly. They deliver random amounts on random days weeks after they didn't show up. This has to be a scam. I'm on the phone with them a 3rd time this month because they text I have a delivery coming! read more

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Our company has been run out of drinking water 4 times within the past year. Customer service is located in the Philippines, every call has you on hold for 30 min. to an hour, and they lie to you about when your delivery will occur. We have now been out of drinking water in our office since Wednesday, 5/28/25, and I have called daily. Each call I have been told that our delivery will occur the following day. Unfortunately Primo Brands has bought all the local water cooler and bottled water delivery companies in the GSP area except for Culligan and the only option is having a system installed (expensive) through them. read more

Worst company ever!! Horrible customer service. My delivery has been rescheduled 6 times and still don't have my water! I have spent HOURS on hold and waiting to talk to someone. I have been reassured by 3 supervisors that my order will arrive the next day only to find out it has been rescheduled AGAIN! In 3 years, I have had maybe 1 order delivered on time and on the correct date! They are quick to bill you but won't take care of their customers. Unfortunately, there are no other companies that deliver water! Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. If I could give negative stars I would! Omg HORRIBLE company. We tolerated RR for over a year. In the entire year we had them, we maybe had 2 on time deliveries. Our deliveries are constantly rescheduled or completely skipped. Our most recent May delivery got rescheduled SIX times & then they just completed moved it to the end of June. I said the hell with it & finally cancelled. But then it gets better. When I cancelled, they asked if I needed empty jug pickup. So I said yes because I have 6 of them. So they scheduled it for June 10th & I had the bottles out in front of my house. & guess what, no one came to get them. Absolute trash company. read more

Told to expect delivery today, between 2 & 6, got email at 4:30 saying delivery complete, but nothing delivered. Reached out by chat on their site, as directed in said email, only to be told my account shoed the delivery was made, told them it was not, asked for call back, they said 24-48hrs and a "replacement" delivery could be made on the 16th, for which I am being charged. I have never been so frustrated with a company, and I just recently canceled my account after the most frustrating situation. The most recent episode convinced me that the account needed to be canceled. A week before my scheduled delivery, I received a text. I then went into the app and postponed it until September. I received confirmation through the app that it would be in September. On Monday, I received a text that the delivery would be between 11:45am and 2:00pm. I immediately called to let them know there was an error and not to deliver, and the driver had already been there. In my conversation, I canceled the order, told them I would not pay for the bottles and requested that they be picked up with my empty bottles. I was assured that there would be no charge and that the empty and full bottles would be picked up 2 days later. I received a text message this morning that my bottles had been delivered. I went outside and saw that the full bottles were left, but the empty bottles were taken. When I called, the system said I had a charge for the delivery. They will now have the local company contact me to let me know when they will pick up the bottles and I have been refunded the charge. We shall see. Here's why their service is terrible: Their app and website are terrible. In this day and age, they should have used more advanced technology in their programming. You can't cancel an order, you can only reschedule them. And if you want to remove items from or add items to your order, it creates new deliveries in addition to the one you already have in the system. What company can't locate their driver and tell them to return to a location? ReadyRefresh can't. When you call their customer service department, they do not do what they way they will do. I have been trying to cancel my account with these guys for months due to issues with delivery. The 1-800 phone number goes to voice mail telling you to go on line and when you contact customer service on line, they tell you to call the number. I have filed a complaint with the BBB to see if they can do anything but my recommendation is to avoid ReadyRefresh at all costs! read more

They can't actually give a date when they will deliver. I cancelled my service after my water service was delayed the entire month of July with no explanation. Contacted customer service and they were less than helpful. In fact I cancelled and they guaranteed they would pick up their hardware on a specific day. That day has come and gone and multiple times they have since moved that date. Can't get anyone from the company to respond and actually help. 1 star because I half to......please don't waste your time. read more
