They came out & looked & said they couldn't get their truck up to the well & didn't know if they could do it,Someone would call us in the AM about it. Well we never heard from from anyone so we called them. The female that answered said they didn't know when or if they could do it. A 1st choice well service was recommend to us. When we call & explained the problem to him & what the other well company said. He said he could do it in the AM. He came as promised & went out of his way to check for other problems ( leaks etc) to save us money in case we didn't need a new pump. He was pleasant & very polite. Explained everything. Pulled the old pump & put a up graded pump in. He worked for hours, even in the pouring rain. We have better pressure than we ever had. I definitely would recommend this well service to anyone. I will be calling them again if we need any work on our well.
