There were no bills or payments between these dates. There was a bill/payment in May and a payment in June. My payments are automatically debited from the checking account. A monthly payment has never been missed. How can my bill go from $61.80 in May and then $219.07 in June, never having missed a payment? Even if there is a timing issue in billing between DS Waters of America and ReadyFresh, that does not explain a bill three times a regular bill, having never missed an early in each month, monthly payment? That doesn't make any sense. I then paid $80.38 on July 11th, again having never missed an early in the month, monthly payment. My dispute was denied.

At the Company request I sent them photos of the leak type of tank and they helped me turn off the bad tank and use the second tank. The Technician came out to the house with the wrong tank. They acknowledged they brought the wrong tank and needed to order and come back with the new tank. The issue I have is that I was being charged a service fee for their mistake. No work or Inspection was performed and they already knew what the problem was and what type of tank they needed. Tried to resolve the issue with them and no compromise on their behalf. Looking forward to going to small claims court on this!!!

Jamie was great and gave advice until I told them I wasn't interested in buying a new system. Now it's been an hour since I've heard from Jamie. I got ghosted because I wasn't interested in purchasing a new system during a crisis. Update: Got a text from the branch manager around noon, where I was promised a technician around 3pm. The tech was a little early, but told me that the office could have talked me through turning on the bypass over the phone. I was charged more than $200 for this, was told that I needed to replace my water softener system. Definitely getting quotes from competitors.

When people are spending the amount of money for a service, the response is beyond unacceptable nor really compensating to keep a customer. And be careful - their drivers will leave a sleeve of plastic cups with their delivery and charge you and additional $7 on your next invoice. Very sneaky and unethical. Change to a local water delivery company that is NOT affiliated with Primo. Unfortunately, there aren't many companies left.
