These people are TREMENDOUS. while I understand that others may have a paused perspective, all I can tell you is that this company stood by us through many renovation repair delays, and when we finally were able to commit to a water delivery date, they adjusted their schedules and provided everything we needed So while our story is not important, I can tell you that we had many hiccups with the renovation company, and each and every time Aqua Duck adjusted and provided the services we required. In the end, what provided me most with confidence with their services what my call with them this afternoon, when our pool was delayed because of the reno company, and their staff adjusted and when I questioned whether they would be able to do the pool fill this evening their response was that "well, we don't stop until the last customer's water request has been filled." It's 8 PM, awaiting my final dump of water, but I will tell you, I am so confident in their services, that even if that is delayed, I understand because of their commitment and follow-through in their service! I have been with this company for about 30 years and I have been very pleased. Way back in the…read more1990's or so, there was a mix up on our billing, but the customer service people were super nice and resolved it very quickly, even issuing a refund for the inconvenience. We have not had a single problem since that time. Our driver has been the same fellow for nearly the entire time, and he is amazing -- super polite, will occasionally ring our doorbell if we forgot to put our empty bottles out, remembers our children's names and is a genuinely kind and caring person. They recently changed their bottles to be BPA free - no small expense, I'm sure -- and I am hopeful that they are doing their best to lessen all of the bad chemicals in plastic bottles since glass bottles would be impractical. I appreciate them holding down costs while balancing that with providing a great product. On our plan, they will also bring us a free replacement water cooler at any time and take back our old one, and we used that about every 5 - 7 years, which has been nice. When the industry changed from water coolers with the bottle on the top, to a slide in water bottle on the bottom, they were ready with the new version and immediately got us one in the new style. They also refurbish the old ones instead of throwing them in the landfill, which I also appreciate.

So Great Oaks Water Company is a local spring water company that has filling stations at numerous…read morelocations. You take your empty 1 or 5 gallon water container to the filling station, place it in and select 1 or 5 gallon. For a 5 gallon water container it's $1 to fill. Compared to home delivery and store bought this is the cheapest way to get crispy clear water. We usually fill six 5 gallon water containers and it's only $6 we were paying well over $90 in the big box stores. The water comes from a spring located in Chester county. On there website it gives u a break down of there values on the spring.
