Ready Fresh/Primo Brands is the worse water delivery Co. I've had their delivery service for 3 months, they continue to push your delivery back days and then they cancel your delivery all together. In this 3 months time they only delivered 2 time. The first delivery and then 1 the 2nd month after pushing the scheduled delivery day back 2 times. The last delivery they canceled on there end after pushing delivery back 2 day. I cancelled the service, they made an appointment to pick up empty bottles and leased equipment, guess what they didn't come. Called customer service and was told the appointment was rescheduled. I haven't gotten a delivery in 2 weeks and every time I call I am told I will get a delivery the next day but nothing is delivered or no one even contacts me for an update. They are the worst. I've called them to pick up equipment 15 times since May and as of today they still haven't picked it up. service was regular and on time until recently when they merged now you can't get service. Every time I call the wait time is 30 - 60 minutes. How can you have high call volume every day for two months? I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy. I've talked to two supervisors who supposedly expedited my request one to the branch office and one to the corporate office. REALLY!!! Why can't I find a corporate number? I do not recommend anyone use this service. I have been a reliable client since 2016. Throughout that time, I have had numerous missed deliveries. Deliveries without picking up my empties. My last straw was when Ready Refresh sent my June 10th delivery to another home down the street with a picture on their website with the wrong house number. I emailed them their error and asked them to correct it. Their customer service said June 24th was the earliest date. That day came and went. I call customer service and they say we "guarantee" it will be delivered the next day. Well, it's June 30th and again it's been pushed back to July 1st. I have since canceled my membership and as soon as I receive my missed June delivery I'll have no other business with Ready Refresh. I won't even buy it in the store. read more

In a classic case of enshittifcation, they laid off delivery personnel and customer service. Since merging with Primo Brands this has been the most disappointing service I've ever experienced. My delivery for June was scheduled for 6/11/25. It is 6/27 today and every day my delivery is rescheduled. This is wholly unacceptable. I've called customer service several times this month and they make promise after promise that my delivery is coming tomorrow or Monday. It has not come. I am on my last bottle. Other companies do not deliver to my address, otherwise I would have already cancelled my account. I checked Primo Brands' prices today and they are about $20 more than I currently pay per month for new customers. This company does not prioritize residential customers and will likely continue to lose business if it's practices do not improve. I do not recommend doing business with them. read more

Horrible customer service. I have a problem with my delivery or pick up pretty much every other month. usually delivering more than I asked for, or coming ay bizzare times, I have asked requested multiple time for my doorbell to be rung when they are here because I dont want to risk leaving the bottles out over night. Worse is that even though the delivered too many bottles without me requesting, they will only pick up four return bottles at a time unless you call in advance so now i have 6 empty bottles and 5 full bottles... they are a not mess and I would never recommend them to anyone read more

Please allow me to pile on to the complaints about this company. I had had trouble with a previous water delivery service, so I canceled them and opened a ReadyRefresh account. I should have known I was in trouble when they missed the first scheduled date for equipment and water bottle delivery. When they arrived at the new date, the very friendly and polite delivery person confided that he was planning on quitting because he hated working for the company. Since then, the company has consistently delayed deliveries and even outright lied that one delivery had been made. (At this writing, I don't believe I've received a refund for that missed delivery yet.) This was the trigger for my closing the account. After that, incredibly but not unexpectedly, they delayed four times the scheduled pick-up of the remaining empties. They keep claiming it's "unexpected operational challenges" that's causing service delays. I think we're all smart enough to know by now that that phrase (along with "unusually high call volumes") is code for "we are too cheap to hire enough people and hope customers won't notice." read more

Just do Primo or any other water delivery service honestly, do not do ReadyRefresh. The convenience is not worth it. I've had so many issues over the years with this company. Do not use if you are disabled, mentally or physically. They deliberately take advantage of you with 0 remorse. Also, buyer beware: when you cancel your account they find these arbitrary bottles out of nowhere and charge you $6 per 'missing water bottles.' i have been a customer for almost 20 years. out of nowhere deer park cancelled our order. so we go in scratching our head as to why they would do this and just rescheduled it. new delivery was supposed to be June 13, 2025. then they rescheduled for the 16th, then rescheduled for the 19th, then rescheduled for the 20th, then rescheduled for the 23, then the 24th, then the 26th, then the 27th and now today the 30th and it was not delivered yet again. that's 17 days of rescheduling and we still have no water. This is beyond ridiculous, I have not yet received my water delivery for this month of June.. which is scheduled for today.. now it has been change again to Monday June 23rd.. which I never received my delivery on Monday. I had to change my plans because I wasn't going to be home to receive my order.. My daughter couldn't get the delivery she's pregnant so in being transparent and in advance I requested for a new delivery date.. I spoke to several customer representatives that ensured me I would receive my order.. even kept getting emails on my deliveries..this early request was starting on June 9th.. Was going good for about 9 months up until I was charged twice for one invoice. I was charged for the same amount two months later after receibing the original invoice. I paid the amount due in April, and in June 02, was charged the same amount for march's balance. Tried contacting customer service, but only got through their automated message system. I'm ready to refresh my options. This service is the absolute worst. They somehow quietly canceled my delivery for the last 2 months causing me to go out and buy water. I was supposed to have a delivery yesterday that somehow disappeared from the dashboard. The website is no help and the only support offered is a bot, after finding their number online and calling I was told I would have to place an order for delivery. I had to point out that the dashboard clearly shows a reoccurring delivery which hasn't happened since June, only then for the representative to tell me the driver canceled the delivery and they have no way to contact the driver so I would have to wait for a call back which could take up to 24 hours. If drivers run this company and customer service is this horrible then let's see who they have to deliver water to if all their customers cancel their service. I am looking at other options and will be canceling and using another company for my next water delivery. read more

Supposedly the driving was coming out on the date scheduled by the Customer Service rep to pick up my empty bottles and cancel my service. Surprise surprise, nobody showed up!
