After I finally decide to leave because of the horrible customer service, I'm told they don't have available dates to pick up my equipment until the following month. I have been with Ready Refresh (now Primo) going on 3 years. I have had both good and bad experiences with the company and products. I get delivery to my home and also helped set up delivery to the company I work for... The good.., Drivers are friendly and do a great job. They are working hard delivering often heavy cases of liquid products and 5 gallon containers of water directly to my door. This can definitely be a tough job especially in the middle of the hot Atlanta summer. I do my orders and pay online so very easy to add extra product or skip a delivery when needed. The bad.... missed deliveries. Product shortages, The other three is when I place an order I get called by customer service to "verify" my order by in reality they call and attempt to upsell me to add more products. It's only me and my wife. I order what I need and keep a couple bottles of water as back up. I don't need calls from anyone with pressure tactics to upsell me. Primo needs to get their purchase department straight so they can provide products and keep delivering on time. I also think they struggle with staffing. Horrible company. Primo recently acquired them, and everything has literally fallen apart. I went weeks without a delivery, then received only half of what I had scheduled to receive, but was charged extra for it, as they considered it an additional shipment because I had called about not receiving my initial delivery. I know it sounds confusing lol. When I called to cancel my services, it took them 3 weeks to come get the empty bottles and machine. During those 3 weeks, I was getting calls saying they would come to get the items the next day, and they never showed up. I cannot stress this enough: PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! read more

Service with ReadyRefesh started off awesome! However, months before and after being acquired by Primo, service turned for the worse. Service is unreliable and the customer service is terrible! They are rude and dismissive when there are problems and very difficult to even reach! Look Elsewhere for service!! My specific issues were the drivers not picking up the bottles. Maybe this is why the drivers would keep delivering to the wrong address - 3 times? Neighbors would come down the street asking did you order bottles of water? Called customer service multiple times and they gave me a discount and free water for the inconvenience of having to retrieve my water from my neighbors down the street. And, customer service promised if I left all the bottles - 3 months worth - it would be picked up if I left it on the porch. Guess what ... you got it ... they never came. 3 times I asked and 3 times they never picked up the bottles! One time the driver and truck was right down the street and I asked could they just stop and pick up my bottles that I could put on my porch like right then ... they told me that I was not on their delivery or pick up list! We started with Primo water which was fine. We didn't have issues but then got a delayed water delivery message for Saturday on a Thursday. Saturday came and they never showed. I called and they scheduled for that next Wednesday. They never showed up. Then I called in again and the Customer Service person said they are going through a merger with ReadyRefresh and they don't know when they will be able to deliver. If this is how Ready Refresh handles mergers I want no part of them. I just signed up with Lakota Springs, local business for 20 years. Someone answered the phone right away, it wasn't a call center. I believe they are all firemen that work the for Lakota part time. They can come twice a month. Even before Primo Water started to take over, deliveries were never made on the day they said they would deliver, and they sent more bottles or the wrong size. Since Primo has taken over it is even worse! I have called multiple times and been promised a delivery date which never happens. No response to my email. I cancelled my service, and now they don't even come to pickup their equipment on the day they promise. I've been waiting 2 weeks. Horrible service! read more

I started with Alhambra water delivery thru Costco in 2015. We moved to Georgia in 2021 and were told Alhambra water is called Crystal Springs here and have received our water delivery pretty regular with very few issues. Apparently they decided to merge with ReadyRefresh water thru Primo water brand, but never notified Crystal Springs customers . We were supposed to have 2 deliveries by now but they never deliver on the date they say they will, never notify you by phone, email, text, nothing! You have to go look at their stupid app just to find they changed/delayed delivery date again . Do, what can you improve?? EVERYTHING!! Communication should be no. 1 and a good place to start. At this point I feel like we were just 'sold' cheap to some underrated, never heard of company and I'm PISSED ! read more

I had been with this company for over 10 years. Now, the customer service is horid and disappointing, all the way up to the supervisor who covers for the verbal mistakes of the person you initially talk to. They tell you one thing about your bill payment , then reverse, say something else and then will not correct the action and cut off your delivery. On top of it, no remorse and no solution because " the system" won't allow that. What happened to human error and eventually satisfying the customer to keep them? April 30th I received notification that my water was delivered, but it was not there. It was delivered to somewhere not even close to me. I called customer service, they apologized and offered my another 3 gallon jug for my inconvenience. I got notifications on May 8 that my (2) 3 gallon jugs were delivered But once again they were not at my house. I went online and once again the delivery picture shows a house that was not mine. My instructions even state that I have a yellow front door and now twice my deliveries were sent to different homes that clearly did NOT have a yellow door. I called customer service again and a delivery was then set to arrive May 9. I asked for the driver to text me a picture of the house to make sure they finally had it right. I got the call and sure enough they were there. WooHoo or so I thought. Nope, the driver was given (3) 5 gallon jugs! The whole reason I went with this company is because of the 3 gallon jugs! I broke my elbow and can not lift a 5 gallon. I can't lift a 3 gallon either but at least it's lighter so that I can ask my neighbor to do it for me. Sidarius, the driver felt so bad hearing all the screw ups that he said he would call the warehouse and try to get someone to come back and if not he would do it himself. When they were bought by Primo, or Ready Refresh, whatever the heck it is supposed to be, these awful jerks have now skipped 3 deliveries at my office. No explanation, no apologies, they just never show up and say they did. First order, they delivered the 5 gallon water bottles I ordered with a dispenser that is meant to be connected to a water supply, not for use with bottles. 3 weeks to exchange it. They have NEVER made a delivery on the scheduled date and don't notify when there is a change. I have to agree with ALL the bad reviews for this company. When my water delivery service through Costco was recently taken over by Ready Refresh, my next delivery (in May) was cancelled. My bill also showed a future $60 deposit charge to be billed on my next delivery, which I had NEVER had to pay previously. Ready Refresh also took my billing information and indicated that it would be through auto pay. I tried to cancel the service but every time I called, I was told that wait times were extra long, due to the recent merger, and no one ever answered, and or I just received a busy signal. I was also unable to cancel through their website, nor was I able to delete my payment information. To prevent unwanted charges to my account, I just skipped all future deliveries. I was finally able to reach someone and was able to cancel my account. I also requested they come pick up the 8 empty bottles I had from before the "merger" happened, and it took about 2 months, numerous emails, plus a complaint to the Better Business Bureau before the empty bottles were finally picked up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHODDY COMPANY!!!! Also, I have noticed that Primo Water has apparently also stopped delivery of their bottles to my local Wal Marts and Krogers. When all this nonsense started, I began just buying my own 5 gallon water bottles from Wal Mart through their bottle exchange program; however, for about a month now, my local Wal Mart has not had any new, full bottles available. My local Krogers has also been out of Primo Water 5 gallon bottles for about a month now. For the past 6-8 months none of our deliveries were on time, some of them were marked as delivered and they were NOT, our most recent delivery we were suppose to get 27 cases but they only gave us 13. As others have explained in great detail, my experience is the same. I have recurring delivery scheduled for every 4 weeks. I have not had a delivery since the first week in April. Yet again, I am actually on hold with them. The hold time is currently, 57 minutes and 05 seconds. Suffice it to say, I have called them over a dozen times THIS year and have had my deliveries rescheduled over 3 dozen times THIS year. I wish I was exaggerating, but I am not. To their credit, they are quick to apologize, assure me that my delivery will come on the next REscheduled date, and credit the delivery charge. Needless to say, the delivery does not happen. I currently have 10 empty 5-gallon jugs sitting outside of my front door. They have been there for a week. ReadyRefresh, now Primo Brands, is the absolute WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of using. Do not waste your time! I have been out of water since 03/03/25. My delivery was scheduled for 05/05/25, they canceled that delivery, no explanation. Rescheduled it for Friday, 05/09/25, sent another text, same as they did for 05/05/25, that my water was on the way. I checked the app since, it was after 5 and it was rescheduled for 06/06/25 delivery. I am PISSED and have been on hold now, 1hr 54 mins. I have been trying to give this place a chance since my family loves the water. However, their customer service is worse than trash. Our company has been using RR since November 2024 and only once have they delivered the water on time and in the correct amount and that was our very first delivery. Since that time, our account has been marked as delivered multiple times without their actually being any delivery. Of course we do get charged though, so I have to deal with that. We have also been skipped numerous times in general. Our most recent delivery was skipped and rescheduled and then on the rescheduled date, RR marked our water as being delivered when in fact, there was nothing delivered. After speaking with different managers two days in a row, they offered two free water jugs and to remove the delivery fee for this "inconvenience". When the water was finally delivered, they did not even bring the two extra jugs, and we were charged the delivery fee. Terrible service, the employees all say the same thing which is beyond frustrating and condescending, and whoever these "branch managers" are, they are absolutely terrible. I have spoken to managers on at least 11 separate occasions, and they all claim they are going to email their branch manager who is supposed to respond within 24 hours. The branch managers have literally never responded to any of these supposed emails being sent by in house managers and multiple in house managers claim that the branch managers are very busy because they are "working in the warehouse, packing and shipping things". I would never refer anyone to Ready Refresh and I am researching another company for water delivery to our company. I wish I had read these reviews prior to signing up! As others mentioned, this is also a corporate account and it is extremely obvious that Ready Refresh does not care about retaining consistent, paying customers that purchase a lot of water twice a month. read more

This country many has the worst customer service, the delivery personnel are rude. On one particular delivery the guy said he couldn't deliver my water in my home because he didn't have a mask? I had to provide a mask in order for him to enter my home? Other times he just left water outside. At least on four different delivery dates the company changed the dates on the day of the delivery. This company is a nightmare to do business with. They do not answer the phone, they delivered our heavy 5 gallon bottles of water one week early with no notification, and delivered the incorrect amount. None of the phone numbers allow you to reach a live person and the website AND app does not allow you to cancel services- it instructs you to call customer service on a phone number that gives you a busy signal each time you call! Do not do business with this company! They also make mistakes on your invoices and make it purposely confusing to see what date you made payment and for which service the payment was for. If you pay your invoice the day after delivery, they will most likely charge you twice but you won't be able to speak with a live person on their phone number nor will you be able to communicate via the site or app or chat bot!
