We went with this company only because they are connected with Costco, assuming that meant quality, transparency, and accountability. That assumption was completely wrong. We paid $8,500 for a water softener and RO system, and from day one it has been problem after problem. The system never alerted us about salt refills, and no one clearly explained this to us. As a result, the unit ran without salt for many months, which is extremely alarming and potentially damaging to plumbing, appliances, and water quality. This is not a small oversight -- it is a serious failure for a system at this price point. After installation, the company dramatically increased the price of RO filters, effectively trapping us into sky-high ongoing costs. Once the system is installed, you realize it is a never-ending money pit. You are locked in, with no reasonable alternatives, and the expenses keep adding up. The sales process is polished and convincing, but after the check is cashed, support and transparency disappear. The Costco association gives a false sense of security. Do not assume Costco's name means protection here -- it does not. If you are considering this system, please do yourself a favor and walk away. There are far better, more honest, and more affordable options available. This was a huge financial regret, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay as far away as possible.

After several months the filters needed replacement and the office advised that those filters had been recalled by the manufacturer and sent us a new set at no cost. After we had some issues with getting the system to work properly the agent in the office walked us through the installation and provided more detailed instructions. He followed up twice to be sure the new filters were working properly to our satisfaction. Customer service is among the best we have ever seen and we do not hesitate to recommend them for any and all service work and/or installation of a water filtration system. Look no further than EcoWater for this kind of project.

I only made one other call for a quote that was much higher. Basically the guy said "Tim! I know him. He's the best in the business. We buy our systems from him". Since then Tim always gets back to me when I text him with questions about weird stuff. I once tried calling a well company with my dumb questions, they were rude, so that's why I bug him so much. Jake (Tim's side-kick) is fantastic too. When he did the maintenance on my system, he was just as nice and chill, very professional and efficient, and again, answered all my silly questions with patience and a smile. We now enjoy pretty much the BEST tasting water ever, with confidence in its safety and quality. I can't recommend Filter Right enough. A++++

The gentleman was kind enough to start us in a section that he said is for beginners and went through the top 3-4 oils and recommended vinegars to mix with them. We sampled a few oils by themselves and also oil + vinegar combos and decided on our top 2 oils: Wild rosemary EVOO & Blood orange EVOO and our top 2 vinegar: Sicilian lemon aged white balsamic vinegar & Cranberry pear aged white balsamic vinegar to start with. It wasn't until we were checking out that the gentleman told us he was the owner of the store. My husband and I would have never guessed. He was so helpful, humble and patient with us. I even remember making a funny comment asking him when we walked in does he know a-lot about oil & vinegar or does he just work here & he said he knows enough but still did not disclose that he was the owner at this point. William, thank you for the warm, friendly, and very educational experience we had in your store. The store also sells fresh pastries, jams, honey, olives and other items worth checking out. We both have already incorporated using the olive oils and vinegars in our daily cooking and even take shots of the olive oils by itself some mornings.
