A great water quality system, that every home owner should purchase and install! I have recently bought (last two months) TWO iSpring RCC7AK 6-stage RO water quality systems. The quality of the systems are extremely good. The kits are first class in terms of installing! I also added the iSpring UVF8 UV water filter to make them both 7-stage systems. The installation was clean and simple with additional fittings if needed (this is a rare feature these days). The final water quality far exceeds anything I have seen todate!!! (less that 12 TDS & 25 micro /cm!) Bottled water is now very much a thing of the past in the Donaldson household. Being now a retired engineer the quality of the system, quality of the build and ease of installation to produce such water quality is second to none. I purchased the iSpring iron and manganese filter. After installation, the water quality improved immediately. On a recent Saturday, we had an incident with our iSpring WGB32B whole house system. Basically, we sprang a leak so our house would've been out of luck water-wise. Our plumber who installed the system implemented a bypass system so at least we had water, albeit not the wonderful filtered water from our WGB. Anyway, the next Monday I called iSpring customer support and spoke with Michele. By the next day, she had shipped a replacement part to us and we will be back to filtering our water again. These days, good customer service is a lost art form. But not with iSpring. They are courteous, prompt, professional and just about the nicest people you can ever deal with. Going into this situation, I was dreading what I'd need to do but Michele was there to the rescue. Our iSpring system is amazing and if anyone is pondering should I get one from this company, my resounding answer is YES! I've had the iSpring seven stage filter for several years & the water is clearer & cleaner than store bought commercial gallons of water when visually put side by side after boiling in my glass kettle. The commercial brand I used came out more hazy/ milky after boiling & that's weird but true. ISpring filtered water tastes great & is crystal clear after boiling & even has removed deposits on cookware over the years I've had been using it. Also, of course, over these several years I've had to troubleshoot some filter change-out leaks & calling in to customer service at iSpring was very helpful, bar none, during normal business hours. They are very patient & good communicators. I love having all seven stages & compared to how much this could cost elsewhere, I'm happy I didn't spend the extra thousands I didn't need to. Water is life & I love the UV filter not just for added pathogen clearing but got bringing light back into the water as otherwise it doesn't see the light of day. I must say, I am pleasantly surprised! Our little town has well water and it spots everything and tastes like chlorine periodically. I had it tested by Culligan and they put in a chlorine filter. I can't have a softener as I have high blood pressure. We had the unit for a year but still had spots and it still didn't taste that great. At $33 a month, we finally decided to give a whole house filter a try. We have had it for about a month, now, and the water tastes awesome, no chlorine smell, and no more spots!!! The water is still hard but that can't be helped. For a very reasonable cost, we were able to take care of the issues! We read through the other reviews and used the teflon tape to help with the leak, worked great! It was a little larger than I pictured but no problem. My husband built a stand for it out of 2x4's so he wouldn't have to drill in the cement walls. All in all, we are VERY PLEASED!!! read more

They suggested a couple of things we could try first and when that didn't work they sent us the new parts at no cost to fix our problem. What's not in my home's drinking water today could possibly be there next month and chances of hearing about it are slim and usually come too late. And the many trips to purchase bottled water and the amount of plastic that's included in our weekly waste disposal, I concluded there must be a better way to provide reliably healthy drinking water at reasonable cost for everyone in my home. So, my search began... As it turns out I was late to the party on this subject. There's a huge international industry offering residential Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) Systems and selling them all over the internet. Unfortunately, when it comes to my family's health and installing equipment that has the potential to cause water damage in my home, I'm extremely skeptical of internet vendors. So, paying attention to who best to put my trust in was of great concern to me. The individual components of a worthy R.O. System are somewhat common between manufactures but with closer scrutiny significant differences between them can be found when it comes to designing all these components into a complete reliable & effective system. And like so many other companies, possibly start-ups working out of a garage who market their products on the internet, I questioned how long they might be around after the sale. Narrowing the field down to the top three total system manufacturers, Ispring Water Systems became the #1 contender to meet my needs. Included photo is a 'Google Maps' image of their actual brick & mortar facilities in the U.S.A. They have been in this business for well over a decade, are a supplier of water systems & components a well-known big-box store, and my phone call to their customer support resulted in prompt, polite, & direct answers to all of my questions without any scripted responses or sales pitches by a representative whose primary language is English, how refreshing! Although these systems contain components produced from many parts of the world, Ispring takes responsibility for the entire system. After doing what I thought was my due diligence, I made my decision and purchased this 7-Stage R.O. System by Ispring Water Systems. Was it the right decision? The system promptly arrived, was unboxed, and contrary to what some may think we certainly don't live in a perfect world, 'STUFF-HAPPENS' and it did! Due to a simple clerical error, I didn't get the system I expected! Dang-it, now what? Although Amazon is great with these things, I'm 70 yrs. old and was not looking forward to lugging a rather large & heavy box to my local shipping company for a return & replacement. So, I called Ispring's customer support and explained my situation to their rep. Don, who instead of offering up the usual insincere apologies or making any face-saving excuses, was eager to understand my dilemma and quickly resolved all of my concerns. My new and correct system arrived just two days later including a return shipper for the incorrect system which was picked-up at my front door. Big Score for Ispring Water Sysem's Customer Support & proving my evaluation of their customer support was spot-on! Now for the install... Although Ispring states how easy their system is to install I must admit my DIY Plumbing Skills are on the very low end. However, after reading the installation manual, watching a few recommend YouTube videos, and considering the $225. install quote from a local plumber I decided to give it a shot myself. Besides, I was now confident that if I needed any expert advice along the way, Don at Ispring's customer support was just a phone call away and he's Free! But Ispring's claims are actually true, with their easy to follow manual and color-coded waterline connections, I had it installed & working by the end of the day, photos included. I also purchased & installed Ispring's ice maker kit which includes all the food grade 1/4-inch tubing and connectors to supply my refrigerator's ice maker & chilled water dispenser with the R.O. water from my under-sink system. And of utmost importance it fired-up with NO-LEAKS! I've included a photo that shows how I utilized a piece of wood that I supported against the existing sink faucet base & backsplash with a 1/2-inch hole to use as a drill-guide to avoid walking a diamond core drill bit all around my granite countertop, commonly available at the same previously mentioned big-box store. This worked just great and took less than ten minutes! Final comments: Build & parts quality is better than expected. I didn't realize that there is much more to these systems than daisy-chaining a bunch of filters together. Ispring has incorporated pressure switches, a booster pump, & flow valves that work together to maximize system filter performance, extend filter life, & decrease energy consumption. Such as the automatic shut off of the Ultraviolet Bulb in the sanitation filter when no demand for flow is detected or cutting power to the booster pump that provides sufficient water pressure for R.O. membra read more

We have had an iSpring Undersink RO water purifying system installed for a number of years and drink water from it daily. We have changed the filters as needed but, other than that, it has worked flawlessly. A couple of weeks ago it developed a very tiny pin hole leak in one of the components. I called customer service and described the problem and they thought that our water pressure might be too high. Even though we have had their system for over 5 years, Nick their customer service person said that they will send me the part and a pressure regulator at no cost so that it does not happen again. A couple of days later I received "the part" which happened to be a whole new unit. I could not believe that a company would do this and you have to give them 5 big stars for going way beyond the call of duty. Needless to say, iSpring has gone beyond to satisfy and already happy customer and we highly recommend their products when you are looking for an RO system! read more
