I signed up for ReadyRefresh home delivery three months ago. I had a total of three scheduled home deliveries so far. They've only managed to make one. They've missed two out of three deliveries. Canceled my order over a year ago, and all of a sudden the customer rep says my account is still active. I sold my house and they continue to deliver supplies to my old address, I reached out to customer service again and the repis asking me if I received and email in reference to cancelation. I told her when i canceled the lady did not sent me an email. She replied base on that your account is still active, I told her to cancel my order and to send me an email all she did was give me a confirmation number but refuse to send me an email in reference to cancelation. If I have not reached out to readyrefresh in over a year that means i no longer want your services. I have not updated my my credit card info that means I don't want your products. Do not send me anymore products because I have reached out twice to a customer rep and express my disatisfaction and no longer want their products. Been with the company for several years and had good customer service until they sold and it has bee one fiasco after another. I have the service at my business and my home. Multiple rescheduled deliveries without informing us. Last one was scheduled for last week and they just didn't show up, didn't inform us they weren't going to show up, and rescheduled it for 2 weeks out without informing us. I own a business where my employees are out in the heat, and we are now completely out of water. Called customer service and they said too bad - we can't come before the 20th. Last time we had a delivery at home they shorted us a bottle and charged us for it, saying they will make it up to us on the next order. They also charge my credit card 5 days before they ever deliver. The website is hard to make changes and customer services takes forever to get any resolutions. Do not, I repeat do not use this service. Over 3 years of inconsistent deliveries, overcharges, literally no customer service skills when you get ahold of them, and I could keep going. We have scheduled a pick-up for our cooler and it's going on day two of a runaround and now we have to wait another three days for a "window" for it to be picked up. Again, when calling, the lack of professionalism from the customer service is appalling. I was a customer of Ready Refresh for almost 8 years (even back before when they were Zephyrhills), and under the new ownership they have gotten so greedy and so horrible to deal with I had to cancel. This sounds like an exaggeration, and I wish it was. But they literally raised prices 4 times in the last year. On the water bottles. And on the water dispenser. And on the deliveries. The last straw was when they raised prices almost 15% during the Coronavirus Pandemic. When I called to ask them about the price increase, I asked why they would raise price on a water cooler rental that's been sitting in my house for 5 years and paid for itself 10 times over. They had no answer for me and said they had increased business costs. But every time I call in to speak with the billing team (which is a joyous, almost monthly tradition) no one answers their phones for 30-40 minutes. I also read they laid off a ton of staff too but yet raised their prices?! Insane greed. Taking a free natural resource like water, and exploiting it to the max. On top of all that they miss deliveries, have unprofessional staff, and are just not a company I want to give my money too anymore. I bought a $200 cooler on Amazon (that will pay for itself in a year and a half (compared to their cooler rental prices). And I can get water delivered from Publix with my groceries for no extra charge. I'm way happier. And I feel cleaner not dealing with this slimy company. read more

I wish I would have paid better attention to the reviews before starting. The first few deliveries were totally fine and on time but lately every delivery is so delayed with no notice, some times delayed for over 2 weeks. They say it's because of no delivery personnel however I see their trucks all the time in my little city, including delivering to my building but still somehow my order is delayed. Last straw was a delivery that was marked as delivered but didn't show up, my empty bottles still sitting there and the invoice was for the wrong quantity ordered. Most people must be unhappy since the wait times are always so long when calling customer service. The only problem, they don't sell a poison pill you could take while going through their voice mail system and then waiting on hold forever. Recently Walmart went to 35-bottle cases. These cases weigh a whopping 40.3 lbs! I just turned 70 and soon won't be able to carry these monsters. The 24-bottle packs were bad enough, but you can only get the 6-pack with those non-recycleable pop tops that don't work. (Walmart made it worse by retiring the smaller carts with a rack at the back. Now you have to load extremely heavy stock awkwardly and dangerously. Are customers covered by OSHA?) Anyway, stocking the 24-pack would help, since we like the water. Not sure if this is Walmart's problem or Zephyrhills, but who TF thinks the elderly can lift 40+ lbs of water?!!! read more

I signed up to purchase a water dispenser and get the 5 gal bottles of water. My first delivery was to be 4/11/19. The delivery person arrived with three 5-gallon water bottles. When I asked about the dispenser he said "I don't have one on the truck because they are on back order and I don't know when they are coming in". I asked him what I was suppose to do with these 5 gal bottles and he indicated he did not know. I told him to put them back in his truck as I would cancel my order. I immediately called, told the representative the issue (didn't get name on that call) and she assured me all would be canceled. On 5/29/19 I had a $21.43 charge to my bank account. I called on 6/18/19 when I noticed the charge and spoke with "Felicia". She assured me they would credit my money and close my account. On 6/26/19 I received a $14.97 credit. I figured if I was done with this company it was a small price to pay. On 8/26/19 I find 3 5-gallon bottles of water from this company on my doorstep!! I called immediately and spoke with "Tatiana". She assures me that she has canceled my account. She also states that they cannot return to pick up the bottles because it is against company policy. She states I can use or donate the bottles. I been with this company for nearly 9 years. Since Covid they do not answer phones and deliver when they want and what they want. I get 2-3 5 gallon bottles left in front of my office door on days that no order is placed. In fact, I got my 2 5 gallon bottles that ordered on 2/10/22, then on 2/17/22 a driver brought 2 more - luckily I was there and refused to take them. I showed him my account on line and no order placed. Then on 2/25/22 2 5 gallon bottles left at my door before I got to the office. I had to take them to my house for my office cannot handle more than 3 bottles and we have now have 5. I called the company and after 40 mins on hold got a rep that was slow and kept say okay I need to verify -- I verify the number freckles I have all to be disconnected and when called back told too busy to take calls. Do not do business with this company. I am trying to cancel and got an auto email saying that I will get another auto email in 5-7 business days. No I am going down in person and demanding my account be cancelled and for them to take the bottles but them --- well you know where. read more

Ran out of water before scheduled delivery and rescheduled for next delivery day. they rescheduled 3 different days. 2 days saying the road to my apartment complex was blocked. my apartment has 2 entrances and gates stay open. Called regarding order 2 times and waited 20 minutes to talk to someone. Gave me excuses on my postponed delivery saying its a new driver. We've been with Zephyrhills Water for more than 10 years. After Ready Fresh purchased Zephyrhills Water, they are getting really greedy. Big Corporation paid more salary for their CEO and executives. Their greediness made they increased the priced for whatever they wanted to benefit their CEO and executives's salary and bonuses. They are also cutting the employees for customer services. It takes long time to reach customer services and discussed the issues. Then, this horrible customer services by ReadyFresh are not willing to help. So, we decided to say "sayonara" to this "Greedy Company." And not in million years, we will buy any ReadyFresh water after knowing so greedy and dishonest they are. I have been receiving water delivery from this service for over 5 years. I remember when they changed to Ready Refresh. I didn't see any difference. Customer Service was great, as usual. Delivery was great, as usual. BUT, now, since they launched a new website & computer system, it is worse than any Company I've ever dealt with, even though they've improved a little since my last review of them. The website isn't just "not user friendly", it actually does not function. It did for a while, but not now. And, yes, I was computer literate enough to reset my password, as requested, after the new system launched. It's almost impossible to contact customer service because they either are overwhelmed with calls and stop accepting them, or you wait on hold for 30 minutes average when they estimate a "10 minutes" wait. I can tell you "25 minutes" wait is much longer. It sometimes takes days to finally make contact. I feel sorry for the reps. I can tell they're suffering lots of unhappy customers. It seems to me somebody made a huge mistake of changing a company that was fine the way it was. The delivery people are exceptional. The products are great. The customer service reps are great if you are respectful and nice to them. I hope upper management gets their act together. Things are ok if you don't reschedule delivery date or need to change your regular order. It's not worth the chaos that follows if you change anything ha ha. I'll wait a little longer because they were so good for so long. read more
