Saw reviews of outrageous cost to come out for estimate, equivalent to cost of repair, just not worth it to me. $299 for first 15 minutes.

I never thought shopping for a vacuum would be this easy. After exhaustive online research and some…read moreregrettable purchases of Shark vacuums (which suck, by the way, pun intended), we finally did the smart thing and went to Rich's. Granted, you're going to spend a little more than that crappy Bissel, Hoover, or the carpet-eating Sharks. But you will be so happy you saved yourself the aggravation. And your carpet will thank you too. We opted for a Simplicity cordless, which is the sister company of Riccar, one of the brands they highlight. Cordless was something we'd never really considered, but it is sooooo much easier vacuuming without constantly fighting the cord. Inside the store, it's clean, really clean, but then again, it is a vacuum store! The staff were knowledgeable, courteous, and relaxed--not the least bit pushy, which we really appreciated. And they gave us a great deal on a floor model. Also, for those of you who appreciate a really good sewing machine, Rich's has some real beauties. I don't sew, but I could tell the machines they carry are high-end, quality stuff. So, if you need a good vacuum or a nice sewing machine, this is the place to go.

I highly recommend this establishment. He did not charge me for the needle or his time. Great customer service.

You walk into a showroom with some exciting and inviting items for your backyard oasis. My boyfriend and I just bought a house and it came with a hot tub-a first for both of us. We were excited to find a store that specialized in pools and spas! The most *unfortunate part is the owner. We went in to simply buy hot tub test strips. We were side swiped by the owner who was going to 'help us' She treated us as though we were being screened for adopting a child. She was anxious with a superior tone that would make anyone feel scolded. It was uncomfortable to be around her. There was no browsing or space to look for the supplies-because she definitely owned the room. We wore masks and were respectful to maintain social distance. We simply were quiet and stayed on task asking for test strips. She went on and on about how she 'always has to educate people about their spas.' He voice was loud and she would eye each of us-looking us up and down. At one point my boyfriend said, 'so do you not want to sell us the test strips?' After we were scolded and schooled on our spa we left feeling just icky. Why would anyone ever shop there? Best wishes if you dare to enter....

Working with Jole at the gun counter I was told I could not hold the gun with out the trigger lock on it. The trigger lock had a cable connected to the counter. I get it. They don't want someone running out with it. However Jole had already asked for my ODL and had it behind the counter. I told him he could also hold my wallet and money if he like but I needed to hold the gun with out the lock on it to see if it fit my hand. nope. No can do. I told him I geld very disrespected ! he treated me like a thief. With the great feeling of disrespect, I just encountered I will be taking my business elsewhere to a completely different store for all of my needs.

She yelled from across the store at us to wear mask or she was going to throw us out of store. CDC has clearly stated masks are not needed under new guidelines. I used to like going in store but doubt I'll be going in anytime soon if ever. Masks or no mask the reason the store is able to stay open is the customers!
