He totally eased my fears and told me that hot tubs frequently get pin hole leaks in some of the joints and fittings. He even took me over to some of their systems on display to demonstrate where and what to look for in determining the type of leak. The best part was his recommendation of a product called "Fix a Leak" and how to apply it to my system. And if the was the same pool person before that showed up once and came up with excuses to ever come back. Why even come back? You knew the house. I'm sharing this review to highlight the character of an employee at Anderson, because I certainly wouldn't want someone like this working in, near, or around my home. When I tried to receive payment from Scott for a months worth of petcare, he evaded and avoided over and over. He would "no show" or give excuses for an entire month. I was watching his dog unpaid, he wasn't bringing food for the dog or getting vet care when the dog had an injury. I was paying out of pocket to feed his dog. I voiced my complaints, Then he got aggressive and threatening. ....he eventually became so hostile he threatened to physically "slap the taste out of my mouth" and he threatened to "ruin my life" by reporting me to my apartment manager (in an attempt to get me evicted) He also threatened to contact the company i contract from in order to get me terminated. This is an employee representing Anderson. This is a person you may allow in your home if you choose this company. I was called every name in the book ( which I can't include in this review), and he brought up my past trauma in an attempt to hurt and upset me. All because I watched his dog for OVER a month, never received my $700 payment, tried to get payment, and I then complained about it. That's a short temper, that's really vindictive and hateful behavior. That's a person that works for Anderson. If he can act like that outside of work, I can only imagine what he could steal from the company he works at... or how he could treat coworkers or clients when his temper comes out . That's someone representing your company???? What happens if a customer gets mistreated when he's in a bad mood that day? What happens if he steals something from a client? None of my friends or family will be looking to use Anderson for any pool or hot tub services. I will make sure of it and it will be passed along. Please hire better people. People that are kind and honest.
