We sprung a leak after 10 years! We checked with Spas of Oregon about a repair since that's where we bought our spa. On repair day, Russell ( the amazing repairman) called to see if he could come by early. That almost never happens! He fixed the problem, made friends with our dog and the charge was reasonable. The guys delivered our new spa and what a great couple of guys. Very efficient and courteous. Really enjoyed both Lucky and the other gentleman (did not catch his name) but they were very professional. Just a note that we found out after purchase was the darker colors of shell may be susceptible to warping in hot sun exposure so keep your spa covered when not in use. I bought my hot tub from Spas of Oregon a few years ago. Anytime I'm not sure what to do (chemicals, etc) I call and they are happy to help. A few days ago, my tub stopped working. My hot tub stopped working in October 2020. I had to wait a month for an appointment, but we had used them before for a leak and they were helpful the first time. When they didn't show up for the November appointment, I called. They said they they didn't have the part and would order it. I didn't hear back, so I called back (many, many times), no return phone call. To be completely fair, I think they might have called once and I wasn't home, but didn't leave a message. I hate to give bad reviews, but when someone goes out of their way to get your attention for four months, you really should ask yourself why are you in the hot rub repair business if you don't want to repair hot tubs? read more

What a great experience from start to finish! Buying a pricey item can be really stressful. We had been actively shopping for a jacuzzi for some time and dealt with our share of slimy salespeople. I hate to admit it, but I walked into Spa of Oregon geared up for a fight. Our salesman, Dave, was extremely helpful and did not try to upsell us when we asked for a simple jacuzzi. I did not want one with special spaces cut out for people to sit. He added stairs (a competitor tried to charge an additional $500) , a different colored cover that had to be ordered , and a cover lift at no additional charge. The spa arrived for delivery as scheduled (only 3 days after order). It had a pretty big scratch , but Dave was responsive and sent a technician to fix it the next day. There have been a few bumps along the way , but every time, Dave has responded quickly to get to a fast resolution . read more

I cannot say enough good things about Spas of Oregon and their Installation crew. I visited several spa sellers in the Portland Vancouver area and was really pleased with the no pressure sales and selection and knowledge of the sales team. I was amazed that in this time of huge delays in so many different commodities such as Appliances', furniture and such that Dave and Phil were right on on when I could expect my spa to arrive and be delivered. This is our first spa and even though it is in the entry level it has everything I wanted as far as number of jets and pumps and its just beautiful and several thousand dollars cheaper than others I looked at and its a very highly rated brand( Dimension One Spas) as well as highly rated Spa seller. Not only were Dave and Phil awesome but their Installer Jason went way above and beyond when after finishing the install the Spa would not run at full power, no fault of Spas of Oregon as it turned out my electricians did not wire my connection right and instead of just leaving it at that and me possible having to wait until the following week, Jason spent several hours troubleshooting the problem and came to the conclusion that there was not enough power from my breaker box and was able to reconnect to the appropriate breaker and had everything up and running perfectly before he left. Needless to say I compensated him for all his extra effort and was begrudgingly reimbursed by the Electrical company who admitted to their mistakes. Once again the staff at Spas of Oregon came though for me! My hot tub was leaking and I called for an appointment. I was able to get one within a week and when they showed up, they readily assessed the situation and were able to fix it on the spot! Quaid was the technician and he really knew his stuff! Our Dimension Spa is a great product we purchased 111/15/20 spa arrived 2/2021. The Spas of Oregon people-especially delivery are thugs. We set up a delivery date and time. I received a call the day before our appointment they were at my house had entered my back yard without regard for my dogs and were dropping the spa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I told them we are working with a landscaped company and needed the spa positioned per code. They said they would come back we made 2 appointments to position the spa and they failed to show or call for both. No call and no call back. I DO NOT recommend this company for any kind of spa purchase avoid them at all cost. read more

Dave was great with helping us select the right hot tub. He is very knowledgeable and gave us just what we wanted. He gave us a very good price, and everything that we needed was included free of charge. When it was delivered, Jason went above and beyond getting it installed. We have a very high deck, and they were able to get the old tub out and the new one in. He spent a lot of extra time with us and had it all installed and ready to go. The 2003 hot tub at my vacation rental in Welches gave out, and I urgently needed a replacement because having a hot tub out by the river was one of the main attractions for my guests. I was super relieved and grateful that of the three businesses that I visited, Spas of Oregon actually had an available hot tub that could be delivered and installed in one and a half weeks. This is rare as I have heard that the sales of hot tub have quadruple within the last year. My partner and I had a great encounter with Phil. He was friendly and answered all our questions. We purchased the Journey Dimension 1 spa. This was a plug-and-play that could be converted to run on a 220v for faster heating. I was told a couple of times that because I already had a dedicated 220v panel that the technician will just connect the wires for a tip, and the hot tub will be ready for the guests the next morning. I had notified my expecting guests that the hot tub may not be fully heated the Friday night they were checking in. On Friday, the hot tub was delivered a little after 4PM. Ambrose and his assistant came to haul the old hot tub and install the new. We soon discovered that the smaller wires from my panel couldn't be connected to the bigger wires in the new tub. It was a complication that Ambrose said he will try to take care of for me that evening. I was grateful, given that it was 5 or 6pm, cold with light drizzle. I stuck around with my handy friend hoping to replace some of the deck boards under the old hot tub that had gone bad once the hot tub installation was complete. Around 6:45 I decided that it would be too dark to replace boards by the time installation would be done, so I gave Ambrose $100 tip and said we will just come back in the morning to replace the boards. Ambrose told me that the new wires will cost me $450, and that the installation will not be complete this evening because there was a lot of work left to be done. He said he and his assistant will return in the morning to complete the work. We wanted to coordinate with him a good time, so that we can put in the deck boards and pay him. He said the earlier the better because he wanted to be done by noon as he had an engagement in Sandy at 2PM. He said he would call me. The next day at 9:34AM, I had not receive any communication, so I left a voicemail for Ambrose. At 10:30AM, no response, so I left a voicemail for Spas of Oregon. At 11:18AM, I received a call from Ambrose while he was driving, saying that he was heading out there. Our conversation was not very amicable because I was struggling to have a conversation with him while his voice was cutting in and out because of connection and road noise and he raised his voice expressing his frustration that he didn't understand what I was asking and having to repeat himself five times. I was a bit perplexed because he had stressed to me about how much work needed to be done the night before and that the earlier the better because he needed to leave by noon and my first communication from him was 40 minutes til noon. On top of that, my friend and I needed to organize our day so that we can drive an hour out to Welches to do some patching of the deck so that the guests who had checked in Friday evening can use the hot tub. My guests also messaged me wondering if the hot tub is expected to be working that day. Finally, when we arrived around half past noon, Ambrose and his assistant had filled and turned on the hot tub. He left and his assistant stayed behind to educate us on the operation and maintenance. His assistant was very helpful. Ultimately, I walked away from this experience feeling conned and disrespected. I tried to accomodate Ambrose's schedule, and wasn't given the same courtesy as a paying customer. Despite already having the electrical set up for the hot tub, I ended up paying an extra $450 for bigger wires. Even with markup, wires don't cost that much. I was told that an electrician would've charged me $1000 to put in new wires. I know my amazing electrician friend from Gerryn Energy would not have charged me that much, and would have given me stellar customer service. If having a courteous and honest technician with prompt communication is important to you, I would go elsewhere. read more
