Great location in Fred Meyer building! If you need help replacing belts, filters, etc on your vacuum, they are very helpful.

The outside of this business is so inviting! You will find colorful tables and signs that say "60%…read moreoff!" You walk into a showroom with some exciting and inviting items for your backyard oasis. My boyfriend and I just bought a house and it came with a hot tub-a first for both of us. We were excited to find a store that specialized in pools and spas! The most *unfortunate part is the owner. We went in to simply buy hot tub test strips. We were side swiped by the owner who was going to 'help us' She treated us as though we were being screened for adopting a child. She was anxious with a superior tone that would make anyone feel scolded. It was uncomfortable to be around her. There was no browsing or space to look for the supplies-because she definitely owned the room. We wore masks and were respectful to maintain social distance. We simply were quiet and stayed on task asking for test strips. She went on and on about how she 'always has to educate people about their spas.' He voice was loud and she would eye each of us-looking us up and down. At one point my boyfriend said, 'so do you not want to sell us the test strips?' After we were scolded and schooled on our spa we left feeling just icky. Why would anyone ever shop there? Best wishes if you dare to enter....

Working with Jole at the gun counter I was told I could not hold the gun with out the trigger lock on it. The trigger lock had a cable connected to the counter. I get it. They don't want someone running out with it. However Jole had already asked for my ODL and had it behind the counter. I told him he could also hold my wallet and money if he like but I needed to hold the gun with out the lock on it to see if it fit my hand. nope. No can do. I told him I geld very disrespected ! he treated me like a thief. With the great feeling of disrespect, I just encountered I will be taking my business elsewhere to a completely different store for all of my needs.

She yelled from across the store at us to wear mask or she was going to throw us out of store. CDC has clearly stated masks are not needed under new guidelines. She was incredibly immature and has no proper training on how to deal with public. She should stay in the back unloading trucks or something. I used to like going in store but doubt I'll be going in anytime soon if ever. Masks or no mask the reason the store is able to stay open is the customers!
