Restoration people came and noticed what could possibly be mold in the ceiling and baseboard in my room the sent estimate to management at 9:45 am and when I inquired an update for a second time because her now it is 2:30pm and I could possibly be exposed if this is mold and was told over the phone that nothing will be done today per Shannon in corporate know my health condition of one kidney. I have contacted the city again and hired my old mold testing company to come and review and test the black residue. Even the maintenance stated it was all over and came and took additional pictures after the restoration people sent them pictures with an estimate. I have one kidney and this could possibly be an unhealthy environment for me and my disabled son are forced to wait because they're waiting on an estimate to be approved.
