This is so much more than just a place where she's safe while her dad and I are at work: it's a nurturing learning environment, with caring teachers who she loves like family, in classrooms with minimum 4:1 ratios. She gets both English and Spanish, is fed healthy meals, given consistent naptimes, and is building real friendships with kids she's known for a long time. Miraculously, it's also less expensive than other places where we'd inquired. I was so lucky to get her in here. We're going to be moving out of state in the coming months, and taking my daughter from CAC is the hardest part of the move. I know we'll probably never find a place as good for her where we're going, and that breaks my heart.

They support breastfeeding which you can do at the center while visiting your child or bring the breastmilk ready to go. The meals are healthy and diverse and they can work with dietary requirements. Overall, I love this place and know my son is learning in a safe environment when he's there.

At the end of the day I went there after a week vacation and my child no longer had the same teacher again. So I didn't really know the new teacher at all. The guy working on the playground was also new and other new staff I just took that opportunity to just take my child out. I also wanted to mention I posted a review previously here when my daughter was still going here and just mentioning a "few small complaints but over all that I loved this place." And 3 stars. It was followed by the Risa in the front office calling me and screaming at me for about 20 minutes. Followed by nagging from other staff to take the review down. Also my complaint was about like basically all my child's teachers leaving. Obviously left a bad taste in my mouth. And the fact that my name isn't even on here and neither is my child's. After the last request, I was told that we could meet in 3 weeks, after stalling for a week. Incident (accident) reports have not been completed until I've asked for explanations for bruises. My child has been bitten twice by other children, in a 3 week span. My child was taken into the facility, by his other parent, with a golf-ball sized bruise on his forehead, without it ever being documented. The corporate office has been just as uncooperative. I have picked up my son with a soiled diaper many times. I would not, by any means, recommend this location to anyone.

I heard other parents complain that theirs were as well. When I asked how his day was, pretty much all I got was fine. No details whatsoever. The school promised there would be a binder for each child so parents could look and see what and how they did during the day. That never materialized. They said we would have parent/teacher conferences, but we never did. Once I was told at 6:15 on a Thursday evening that his class was having a party the following day and I needed to bring fruit snacks. I was told there would be a field trip, but there wasn't. The owners declared that having one code to open the front door is a security problem and they would be giving each family their own code. That never happened. Delivery of school pictures was delayed repeatedly and every time I asked about it, I got a different answer. No one seems to know what's going on. Once, I dropped off a Christmas gift for my son's teacher. Apparently, the front desk staff opened the candy and gave the card to one of the kids. The teacher never received either. Even worse, the front desk staff told me she received them and I later found out from her that she did not. At pick up one day, a teacher told me my son did well in a different class that day. I asked the front desk staff if my son was moving to Ms. Sophia's class. She told me Ms. Sophia left with Ms. LaKisha, the director. That was the first I heard there was a new director. Weeks later, I still never met the new director. Two people at the school said the change was permanent, but two parents told me it was temporary. Ms. LaKisha later told me it was temporary and Ms. Sophia was back the next day. Again, no one seems to know what's going on. All of a sudden one week they took an extra $8 out of my account. I called and asked them to fix it. They said tuition went up. I had no notice of that. The following week, they took out the original amount again. I still don't know what tuition I was supposed to be paying. The first two sets of spare clothes I provided disappeared completely. The school gave me a credit to reimburse me for the loss, but it was still a hassle. After that, the director put his clothes in the front office so they wouldn't disappear again. Apparently, she didn't tell the teacher though, because one day I found him wearing a wet t-shirt and bathing suit at the end of the day. After asking multiple teachers why, I was finally told he had an accident during nap time and the teacher didn't know where his spare clothes were. My son came home with a big scrape on his forehead. No one could tell me how it happened. Another parent told me her child had unexplained injuries. The school is owned by Small Miracles. The only contact information they have listed online is an e-mail address. I e-mailed my concerns to that address and the e-mail bounced back because the e-mail box was full. I found e-mail addresses for two Small Miracles employees in my orientation materials and e-mailed them. They never responded. I asked two different people for an e-mail address where I could reach Small Miracles. They never provided one. No one was willing to address my concerns. But when I e-mailed the same people to tell them I was moving my son to another pre-school, I got a response within 5 minutes that simply said "Thank you." Talk about customer service. On my son's last day, they couldn't find his sunscreen or bug spray, which they were supposed to be using on him. They also couldn't find his bag. What a mess.

My son had constant terrible rashes on his bottom because they failed to put the aquaphore I told them he needs every diaper change I just found out today from his teacher that used to work there (he had moved schools since then) they had failed giving him rice milk even tho he has a milk allergy. My son was coming home always whiney throwing fits and picking up bad habits. Yes he is a toddler and will throw fits but I know when my child is acting different. They had set up cameras in the day care and I'm so glad they did. The teachers had no control over the classroom I see children standing on bookshelves and children fighting with each other while they're is obviously a teacher in sight. I screen shot these photos. Also saw on the video a child running out of a classroom and the teacher running after the child while another child is left on the changing table! I wish I was making this up but I'm not. The teachers would not watch their mouth around the children my dad would over hear them cussing when he'd pick up my son. These people are lazy and my childs development was not improving and his attitude was getting worse. I'm so lucky to have found a new daycare that my son is learning and growing and his attitude is so much better. The state has been to this place 5 times so far with all these complaints. This is the most peaceful, beautiful preschool I have ever seen. Ever. Normally with this many children in one area there is usually bound to be someone screaming, someone crying, and general chaos. That is the furthest thing from the serene scenes playing out here day after day. When my son first started Mis Manos he had difficulty with the transition and would cry quite a bit when I dropped him off and later in the day when other mommies and daddies came and he was still at school. During those first few weeks what impressed me the most was the fact that even if he was crying (and it was very little) he was always being held or comforted by a teacher. He was never left in a corner anywhere during his difficult transition. As a first time mom this was incredibly reassuring. Now my son has been attending this school for nearly four months he loves it there. In fact we bumped his schedule up to 5 days a week because he would ask to see his teachers and his friends. He has improved in his listening and communicating so much and is always happy and tired when he comes home. I always ask him how his day was, and he beams and says "Good!" usually followed by some babbling about what he did (2 year olds aren't always the easiest to understand) and a very exuberant "Alba!" (his teacher). We pack his lunch and water bottle each day and he brings them right into his classroom. He's also learned that whenever he goes outside he should ask for his hat and sunscreen which is an added bonus! I do also want to point out that their toddler class, which my son is in, does not require them to be potty trained and begins at 18months. There is a waiting list and for good reason, this is an amazing school! I also hear they are cloth-diaper friendly, we asked but haven't gotten our stuff together to bring to them so we've been using disposables. I recommend this school to anyone and everyone I meet!

I removed my child from Wright Brothers due to a concerning incident involving my child. On August…read more20, 2024, an inappropriate photo was taken of my child, as he was crying, and sent by text message in a group chat with staff and administration. The photo was taken in .5 to distort my child's face and made into a meme, stating "POV I'm left at day care all day." Five administrators sent a laughing response to the photo. For context, this photograph was taken at 4:30 p.m. during normal working hours when I trusted the day care to treat my child with respect and empathy while I worked to provide for him. My child was clearly in distress in the photograph; however, instead of treating my child with care or compassion, the staff at Wright Brothers chose to treat both myself and my child with mocking cruelty. The staff clearly felt no fear of repercussion as the administration was included on the chat and, in fact, laughed at the image. This exemplifies that the culture at Wright Brothers does not give respect to the children or the parents who are trusting them with their children while they work.
